5:36 The 12th Doctor said "If the TARDIS were to land with it's true weight, it would crack the surface of the Earth!". So probably millions or even BILLIONS!
As far as i remember the TARDIS's interior is its own dimension so the fact thats its infinite makes sence due to the fact that its also timeless as in everything the TARDIS will ever be allready exists this is touched upon in the doctors wife ep
Yeah what confuses me though, is wouldn't its true weight be infinitely heavy, due to infinite space, and rooms... so instead of cracking the earth wouldn't it just instantly rip through the earth into the centre and the earth would explode infinitely.
Jodie Whittaker: "the TARDIS always lands on fkat ground Me As A Diehard Doctor 11 fan "But you always leave the brakes on. River had to tell you off for that"

Jodie Whittaker met Chris Chibnall in Broadchurch. I agree she is a good actress but she is also the reason for the bad Director as she only took the part if he directed it. If we loose Chibnall which alot of fans want we also loose Whittaker.
The Doctor has been able to drive for a long time. The 3rd Doctor had Bessie and was always tinkering in the unit garage. 4th and 7th also used Bessie on occasion. 11th also drove a fire engine shortly after regeneration. Also, the 13th Doctor isn't the first female time lord. Just first female Doctor (as far as we know). Missy came before and there was also the Rani and Romana. Plus loads more when the Doctor visits Gallifrey. The theory that Mary Poppins is a Time Lady is due to the fact that she has bigger on the inside technology and can change her appearance. She is also able to communicate with pretty much anything she comes across.
@@obiwankenobi684 That was what I meant. Jodie said "Maybe I'm not the first" but the question asked is Mary Poppins a time lord? Jodie is nowhere near the first female time lord. Just first female Doctor.
@PikaCinema Yes with my eyes actually open unlike most of the people who defend it seem to have. I don't watch Doctor Who to have politically correct bs shoved down my throat. I watched it to enjoy a cheesy show about time travel through space.
@@JackFroster Doctor Who has had social commentary before but the screen time it's gets nowadays is insane. It makes the Doctor come off even more preachy to a fault, which in turn feels patronising and unlikeable. Like... _Who knew the middle ages were morally lacking?_
LOVE the moments where she was like : *bumps sonics* Jodie: 'Oh' fan question/statement: So Mary Poppins is a timeLord right? Jodie:OH!..Ooh...Hmm.. XD
A note to those who didn't know: The TARDIS has not always landed on flat ground. The 1st Doctor story "The Romans" (very good story) starts off with the TARDIS landing on a cliff edge, and just before the Doctor can set the TARDIS to make a quick take off, the time machine falls off the cliff :)
She has one more episode left which is very sad and bitter sweet. I loved her Doctor the most. Grew up watching this series fell in love with it when David Tennant was playing the doctor after him I wasn't that attached to any dr until her. Yh the writing was off but HER as the doctor was marvelous! Jodie Whittaker was THE PERFECT doctor castings EVER. I wouldn't want any other actress to play the first female doctor. Her ACTING is out of this universe. I hope after this is all over and after her baby is born she will comeback to the industry with a great project, and she gets many more big projects in the future. Hopefully she will return as the doctor in the future as well. I can't end this without saying that Yaz was well casted as well Mandip did a splendid job. Gonna miss these two working together. I'm heartbroken to let them both go but Can't wait for the future. She will be MY Doctor forever.
As for Jodie, I am loving watching her grow into the role. Each Doctor brings something new to the story and Jodie is bringing a joy to the Doctor that previous incarnations seem to have lost.
“So I’m NOT the first!” Did she spoil this Master being the one to regenerate into Missy AFTER the 13 Doctor? (I’m reading into it I know, I just desperately want her character development to stand)
Missy's character development barely stood during the episode itself. It was only at the end of The Doctor Falls she decided to stand with the Doctor, but during the episode the audience was kept on guessing will she or won't she. And her laugh when she gets shot in the back tells us everything. Her redemption was never going to stick, and she herself knew it.
Deciding to stand with the Doctor got Missy killed. Then the Master discovered the lie of the Timeless Child which was apparently so horrible it caused him to destroy his entire species. I don't think someone who's been evil their whole life would be able to stay good after that.

Jodie Whittaker is so amazingly awesome since I met her at the BUILD Series Studio twice!!! But I want her other fans to meet her in person too at New York Comic-Con this year!!!
6:30 the episode after I found out that Time Lords had 2 hearts. My first time watching Doctor Who was the 11th hour, back in 2013 near when Matt was at his end. I later watched a ton of David's episodes and finally got a bunch of 11th Doctor episodes in my DVR, I watched all the ones where he wore the brown tweed jacket in 4 days or so. Later I watched "The Waters of Mars" and got so scared at the beginning that I turned the TV off immediately. I had lots of night terrors ( #reference ) until I was able to watch it a year later.
Been plenty of female timelords! Plus that guy who changed to a lady. Also the doctor drives very well. Jon Pertwee spent his regeneration on Earth, and drove that magnificent car.
10:08 "...she can barely drive the TARDIS" well, #10 explained in S4 that the TARDIS was designed to be piloted by 6 people working together and he's been doing it single-handedly, so of course it's chaotic.
8:30 Rani Missy The general in 9x12 The doctors mum in the end of time Romana The doctors daughter The doctor Donna River with all her bloody regenerations
Gee Nibt why would she possibly think that? The message said time lord not doctor. This is what happens when the actor who plays the doctor hasn’t seen the show. Capaldi was so good BECAUSE he’d seen the show in its entirety
@@geenibt518 She can read. She was making a joke about how much she is lauded as the first female doctor even though time lords changing gender and being female in general is nothing new.
I have long said Jodie needs more screen time on DW. When allowed to let rip, she dazzles and sparkles. Doctor Who VR and Tesla episodes illustrates this perfectly. Season 1 yes, a bit iffy. Is she let down by iffy writing? I think almost every Doctor has suffered this fate. But in season 2, Jodie is starting to shine and I hope season 3 will be her best yet. So don’t regenerate too soon.
AutisticalMatthew B tbh, I like Whittaker, and I think she really could be a great Doctor. But... her character is just so flat right now. I don't blame Whittaker, but the writing is just so awful, any potential for her character is being destroyed
I loved the detail of the LEGO TARDIS, Daleks and Weeping Angel and River’s Diary. Also, I had NEVER realized that the theme was the heartbeat of a Time Lord, which is insane because when the show and theme were created the concept of Time Lord didn’t exist yet! Also, I would love for a future Doctor to use “Tim Shaw” as an alias and make some joke about it 😂
The Doctor and The Master being the same guy is actually an awesome idea (although it doesn't add up since they were childhood friends), I'd love that plot twist. Also, I'd love to see a redemption ark for the master.
1:35 Does the Doctor ever wash the clothes...? No! What a question. TARDIS provides him/her and the companions with suitable, appropriate and clean clothes.
I love Jodi with my whole heart. I love her as much as I hate the new writers. Please please please do something while it’s not too late and we still have the pleasure to see this wonderful woman as the Doctor
On a serious note, The Doctor was able to survive that fall cause she had just regenerated and still had enough residual regeneration energy to repair any damages and break the fall. Almost exactly how 10 grew another hand.
Watching this, I definitely think Jodie Whittaker has respect for the role of The Doctor. I think it’s just the people writing her scripts that are the problem.
Wasn't it another aliance? Not every aliance has to be all the Doctor's enemies working together to trap the Doctor in the Pandorica. I'm sure there's a bunch of various aliances out there. Jakc was concerned about the Lone Cyberman (Ashad) and later on, we find out, that there's a war between humans and Cybermen, I would think the humans founded some sort of aliance to fight against Cybermen across the universe, or stuff.
9:38 her banter answer is funny but i think the actual reason was just like 10th doctor when he lost his hand, because she was in first 12 hours of regeneration she was able to repair damage as she fell. i think that would make sense
What is your doctors defining characteristic? Eccelston was the guilt ridden Tenant was the man with the action hero complex Smith was a young man trapped in an old mans body Capaldi was a man who knew the doctor was simply an idea and tried to be it.
I actually was wondering that about the Sonic Screwdriver software for 13 myself, so thanks for answering that. Also somebody actually brought up the "Mary Poppins is a Time Lord" theory. That is brilliant.

no there would literally be no amount of money that could be enough. the TARDIS is infinite
I don't know if it's INFINITE but somewhere close to infinite. XD
@@thelegodoctor932 no the doctor literally said that its infinite i think in journey to the centre of the TARDIS
Jodie Whittaker is pure perfection. She's such a delight, and easily the best Doctor since Tom Baker. I haven't had fun with this series in years.
you cant.. actually be serious???
@@taymarri There's this thing called an opinion.
@@sassymetalsonic5870 an opinion it is... certainly an odd one at that. (Although Whittaker in these interviews is a delight)
Really hope we get to see a darker, angrier, fiercer side of her Doctor in the times to come ! I'm sure she could nail those parts !
then wait until the end of the month
Shadow of Valeyard is what I'm waiting for.
Yeah good luck...
David tennant pulled off the dark angry parts amazingly, that’s why he’s my favourite doctor
@@jasonreilly9325 Yea. Personally, I'm torn between David Tennant, Matt Smith, and Jodie Whittaker's Doctors.

Jodie Whittaker:

Me As A Diehard Doctor 11 fan

10:00. Also, she was in the first few hours of her regeneration, so she can physically heal. 10 did it in “The Christmas Invasion” when he regrew his hand.
2:39 I think this person was asking if 13 would have an equivalent of "John Smith."
Jane Smith
Jaclyn Smith.
Jodie Smith.

I actually love you.
Please talk to the writers.
You’re an amazing doctor but they aren’t writing you into good situations.
You could be a 10, but please speak up. We NEED you to make a stand, we need you Jodi. Please, stand up for us, be the doctor we need
Spooky Doo agree
Because the writing, music and direction of these past seasons have been dogshit in comparison to anything else nuwho.
Jodie Whittaker met Chris Chibnall in Broadchurch. I agree she is a good actress but she is also the reason for the bad Director as she only took the part if he directed it. If we loose Chibnall which alot of fans want we also loose Whittaker.
Why be a 10 when you can be a 13 👀
Sounds a bit needy to me. Chibnall is the Showrunner not the Director. He hires several directors for each series.
WOW HER LOOKS
Geez This Interviews's Jodie's Outfit and hair and Her Face is Beautiful
None of them are the doctor tho
Also, the Tenth Doctor drove a car in "The Unicorn and the Wasp"
There is also the doctors granddaughter Susan, who is the first female time lord we see
Why did they have to kill off Missy... I miss her 😔
@@obiwankenobi684 That was what I meant. Jodie said "Maybe I'm not the first" but the question asked is Mary Poppins a time lord? Jodie is nowhere near the first female time lord. Just first female Doctor.
GOSH Jodie looks GOOOOD in this!!!
4:27 as soon as she activated the sonic an ad popped up. 🤣🤣🤣
I'd love to see Jodie play The Doctor under a writer that actually had some grit and passion. Current Dr Who is more akin to baby's first si-fi show.
@PikaCinema Yes with my eyes actually open unlike most of the people who defend it seem to have. I don't watch Doctor Who to have politically correct bs shoved down my throat. I watched it to enjoy a cheesy show about time travel through space.
@@JackFroster Been watching series 12 it's better
@@JackFroster Doctor Who has had social commentary before but the screen time it's gets nowadays is insane. It makes the Doctor come off even more preachy to a fault, which in turn feels patronising and unlikeable.

Love Jodie Whittaker as The Doctor. Love her acting and comedy lines. She’s amazing!
Yeah amazingly terrible
She is still calling the alien with teeth on his face "Tim Shaw"😂 I love her.
She was and is an amazing Doctor.
I hope we see her in future multi-doc episodes.
A note to those who didn't know:
The TARDIS has not always landed on flat ground. The 1st Doctor story "The Romans" (very good story) starts off with the TARDIS landing on a cliff edge, and just before the Doctor can set the TARDIS to make a quick take off, the time machine falls off the cliff :)
I like your knowledge.

"since when can the doctor drive a car?" Hum, at least since Bessie...
"not counting Pluto."
We always count Pluto.

Never. Skip. Nine.
I'd say the TARDIS herself knows where to park too
3:15 Jodie and the Doctor legit have the same personality. Love her
As for Jodie, I am loving watching her grow into the role. Each Doctor brings something new to the story and Jodie is bringing a joy to the Doctor that previous incarnations seem to have lost.
That joy got soured real fast in the current season.
@@MuscleboySV nope. It's still there. Are you not caught up?
@@michaelclarkson1376 I just finished both parts of Spyfall.
@@MuscleboySV so, no. Watch the Tesla episode.
I guess she just forgot
She said "I am not the first woman" referring to Mary Poppins.
🤦🏻♂️
It worries me a bit that she thought she might be the first female time lord. I hope she confused it with first female "doctor"
i think she did but yeh, worries me too. i think they would havee corrected her by now if she did.
Yeah lol I guess she thought they mean Mary Poppins was the actual Doctor? She has to at least know about Missy.
Uhh if you watched the latest episode this would have a whole different context aye... 😂
really biologically she is neither
oh my days can we all calm down a bit, i absolutely love doctor who too but not everyone is going to know everything. she’s being interviewed and people mess up and get confused. stop turning the fandom so toxic because one person makes a silly mistake
Jodie can write the story better than the writers
True! She's great!
i love how she talks as if she’s the doctor, rather than saying my character or something
this is one of the most pleasant question and answer sessions I've heard in a long time.
"Why be a fan of Doctor Who if you're going to have spoilers?"
Can somebody say that to the DWSR lot?
The BBC basically release every plot twist in Doctor Who via Press Release 6 months before the show airs anyway.
Doctor Who is a show about time travel. I want to see the future. That’s why I like spoilers. Next.

*snort* that facial expression after the 'lung capacity' answer. That was hilarious.
Jodie Whittaker is so amazingly awesome since I met her at the BUILD Series Studio twice!!! But I want her other fans to meet her in person too at New York Comic-Con this year!!!
Why do i feel like i wouldnt want Jodie to be my uber driver after watching this??
6:30 the episode after I found out that Time Lords had 2 hearts. My first time watching Doctor Who was the 11th hour, back in 2013 near when Matt was at his end. I later watched a ton of David's episodes and finally got a bunch of 11th Doctor episodes in my DVR, I watched all the ones where he wore the brown tweed jacket in 4 days or so. Later I watched "The Waters of Mars" and got so scared at the beginning that I turned the TV off immediately. I had lots of night terrors ( #reference ) until I was able to watch it a year later.
What year were you born? 2010?
The Lego Doctor I hear people mention that episode as one of the scariest all the time. I've never seen it.
This was lovely. More Jodie please!!!
Been plenty of female timelords! Plus that guy who changed to a lady. Also the doctor drives very well. Jon Pertwee spent his regeneration on Earth, and drove that magnificent car.
I want the same car if I'm able to get my driver licence one day
she meant female Doctor
10:08 "...she can barely drive the TARDIS"
well, #10 explained in S4 that the TARDIS was designed to be piloted by 6 people working together and he's been doing it single-handedly, so of course it's chaotic.
This video has better writing than the actual show...
True that.
2:05 Try Joan Smith instead of John Smith. :)

Firlow in what way is it a joke
She thought it meant Mary Poppins was the first female Doctor, not first female Time lord
6:02 rope is more complicated than wood, making the Sonic able to read it and unravel it strand by strand.

well you certainly explained it well. i cant say the same for the person who actually plays her LMAO
Can the BBC please have an episode with Matt Smith Peter Capaldi and Jodie like the day of the docter, bc who wouldn't love that
I adore Jodie. She was a fantastic Doctor, disagreements on the writing aside.
TBH...this is cruel...very cruel....but I think the show would be a lot better with the 3 companions.
Woof. I feel awful
I loved the detail of the LEGO TARDIS, Daleks and Weeping Angel and River’s Diary. Also, I had NEVER realized that the theme was the heartbeat of a Time Lord, which is insane because when the show and theme were created the concept of Time Lord didn’t exist yet!
Also, I would love for a future Doctor to use “Tim Shaw” as an alias and make some joke about it 😂
'It all ways land on flat ground because I am an excellent pilot'
... Um... I woundn't use 'excellent' as the word... Lucky is more accurate
regardless of what people may think of 13 jodie whittiker herself is such a treasure
Delightful. I love Jodie's accent! (And she does look exceptionally hot here too)
She didn't understand the John Smith reference at all! Not seen previous episodes 3 years in?
The Doctor and The Master being the same guy is actually an awesome idea (although it doesn't add up since they were childhood friends), I'd love that plot twist. Also, I'd love to see a redemption ark for the master.
1:35 Does the Doctor ever wash the clothes...? No! What a question. TARDIS provides him/her and the companions with suitable, appropriate and clean clothes.
“She’s getting better” SCREM I love Jodie she’s quickly becoming my favorite doc
My daughter loves Jodi as Dr. Who. Now we can watch it together. Thank you so much!
Luckily the writing got better later on!
Of course the doctor knows how to drive. The 3rd doctor had his own car in the show.
When world war 3 hits, this is the woman i volunteer to protect with my life
It's not happening, don't worry.
I love the hair😍😍
Oh and the last Episode was AMAZING! I LOVE YOUUUU
I love her as the doctor, she fits the role well
But hugging the doctor would be so COMFORTABLE, especially Matt smith. I just wanna hug all of them
"Paandora's box". Jack mentioned the alliance in the last episode. I'm starting to think that there is going to be something to do with Pandorica.
Eccelston was the guilt ridden
Tenant was the man with the action hero complex
Smith was a young man trapped in an old mans body
Capaldi was a man who knew the doctor was simply an idea and tried to be it.
You mean an old man trapped in a young man's body?
I actually was wondering that about the Sonic Screwdriver software for 13 myself, so thanks for answering that.
Also somebody actually brought up the "Mary Poppins is a Time Lord" theory. That is brilliant.
