Thank you so much for this video!! So full of kitchen helps!! Now to order you ebook on company! That sounds so wonderful!! You and Tom are doing are fabulous job! I’m only one year into plant based eating!! You have and are still helping me so much!!! My husband died of Acute Myeloid Leukemia and I’ve been on a quest to eat healthier!! You are helping tremendously! I’m still teaching piano lessons and have a busy schedule. So batch prepping sure is helping!!🎉😊❤
@@sheilaturner2305 I’m so sorry your husband passed. I’m glad our content had been helpful and I want to congratulate you for adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Thanks to you Tami, I batch cook every week. It makes eating this way so much easier. I’ve been following you awhile and have learned so much about this lifestyle. I use many of your recipes, especially around the holidays and for special occasions. 🤗
I do all things you say tami from day one when I started wfpb I can't recommend tamis ideas enough, and batch cooking and tami Tom's chanel and ideas and recipes they are fantastic, and batch cooking us an absolute must I would never go back to cooking every day from scratch ❤
Thank you Tami. I have trouble catching you live, but I watch your replays at night when I have “me time” in the kitchen. The oat groat risotto sounds delicious!
I've listened to this video twice, and I'll listen again, I know because there are so many great ideas here! Many I have been introduced to on your other videos, but I needed reminding. I watch all your videos, and they never disappoint. Thank you!
We had some fresh kale and spinach in the fridge which wasn’t going to be eaten before we went on holiday so I just tore it all into pieces and put the lot in a bag in the freezer. It won’t be good for salad but fine for soup.
Thank you! So informative and inspirational! I'm getting ready for major ankle surgery (11/7) and will be down and out for 3 months! Trying to stock up on all I can now, but if you have any advice, I would LOVE to hear it! Thank you!
Wishing you well on your surgery. I would just make double batches of your favorite recipes, soups, grains, taco lentils, cheese sauce, veggie burgers, muffins, pancakes, waffles etc. and freeze them in individual servings. If someone can make salads for you that would be helpful otherwise get already prepped greens that are pre washed and cut for your salads. Buy shredded carrots and coleslaw mix to enhance your salads and use balsamic vinegar and lime juice to dress your salads. You can use frozen vegetables and fruits to help during this time as well. Canned beans are easy as well as canned lentils. If you can hire someone to cook for you using your recipes that would help too. If not there are some companies that sell premade food on line that you can order and have delivered. We like the soup mixes from Well Your World. They are SOS free and they have premade salad dressings too. wellyourworld.com/nutmeg
I do some batch cooking - it’s just me. Also I do not cook every day - take a little of this and that and make a meal. Now that the weather is changing I will make a pot of soup or chili and that’s one meal per day until I finish the pot I love leftovers!

I love Japanese sweet potatoes 🍠 Yum!
I got to try your crouton idea! Brilliant! 👍
@@TheShrinkingShadow The JSP croutons are amazing!
I’ve never thought about freezing salad dressing. Do you use your Souper Cubes?
You could use Souper Cubes or any freezer container that is the right size for you.
@@NutmegNotebook Thanks! I’m going to try it 😊
Do you peel your beets before you spiralize

????Hi Tammy are these local spices organic???
They source organic ingredients when they can -you have to look at each one and see if they label it organic.
