      Still doing this exercise at least five times a week and have definitely noticed the toning in the abdomen and lats. It is such a relaxing, meditative exercise, and I close my eyes in many parts of it because it is so relaxing. The music is just great. I would like to see more exercises like this that are 25-30 minutes and maybe even longer.

    Loved this amazing work out when it was first released. Have just returned to it as remembered how great each and every move is for the waist...Daphne you have so thoughtfully put such great tai chi and qigong moves together for a gentle waist core workout like no other.     loved it. Going to try it for seven days. the music is great and it's so relaxing and engaging of the core.

      Still doing it after 7 days. It is very relaxing, and I can definitely tell a difference in the mid section. I had not engaged the muscles on the sides like this before, and it feels good to utilize muscles in such intentional ways. I look forward to more videos.

      Yes- it's surprising how effective selecting movements which target a specific set of muscles or area of the body can be. Very well done for completing the session for the whole week. Hope you have a go at some of the others on my channel 👍👍👍🌟
