Tai Chi and QiGong can deliver great benefits to your health and fitness, as well as both your mental and physical well being when practised on a regular basis.
Always exercise within your own comfort zone and within your own range of motion by listening to your body. Stay relaxed and tension free at the joints so that you do not overstretch. Focus on calm breathing, deeper than you would normally if you can, and really develop the feeling of each movement. FEEL YOUR OWN FLOW.
Remember to take a rest and pause the video anytime you need to. Have a bottle of water near by, but not in the way, so that you can have a drink if you need to. Remember to enjoy your practise and have fun.

Just discovered your workouts and was surprised at how my heart rate got up. I do spinning Pilates, free weights and walk and have any injury and decided I would do this and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

I know this video is 2 years old, but for me it is new, since I only found it 3 days ago. Long story short, I had 5 years of Pilates until 2019, when I moved to Portugal. I had lost 30 pounds, after being obese all my life, but I had lost my parents tragically, so it was not that difficult to lose. And besides, I walked long distances after I came to Portugal. Now, I got 20 back, am not walking regularly, lost my conditioning, and I am way above 40. 3 days ago I found this video. It is summer here now, very hot. I only could do 11:30 minutes, I start worrying if my sweat is dripping. I have high blood pressure. Then yesterday, again 11:30 min. Today I reached 20 min easily, relatively easily. Thanks for posting. I think I have learned the movements well and am improving. I will continue to gain balance, confidence, discipline. Keep having many happy years.

It's most likely because I'm not as active as i should be but this is harder than it looks

💯 It looks easy but it is challenging. One of the reasons I like it is that you can start with smaller movements and gradually increase difficulty with lower knee bends and longer strides 😀

Lovely but my knees hurt from arthritis and no matter what I try and this isn’t hard I’m in pain and I always push and try do you have any suggestions and thank you

You are doing really well to continue to keep active whilst living with arthritis. Listen to your body and keep everything in your comfort zone. On good days do a bit more and on flare ups - take it easier. Here's a gentle session that may be useful th-cam.com/video/zJgLvzqxgYI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_iTBixMfObAlxlNN

I've really enjoyed this video. It did help me lose weight but I think I've gotten to where it might not be enough anymore. Which set of videos on your channel would I be able to find another videos that is similar to this one?

It is a very low impact routine with strong focus. Listen to your own body, keep moves comfortable and see how you go. Stop if it hurts or doesn't feel right. Focus on good posture, pulling navel to spine to engagecore abdominals.
