Recent times I have seen some of his standup shows and I have to say that he was very much an educated man who saw the things that were not as exposed at the time and my faith resulted in me not hearing about his exposure to the corruption.

So glad I was able to meet this man in life. I worked for a hotel & delivered room service to him when he came to perform at our big theatre in town. When I got to his room, he opened the door with a smile (no yes men, no security, no agent...just him). He was super gratious, talked to me like we were old friends (mind you I was only 16 yrs. old at the time). I think we wrongly call him a comedian, he was, but honestly he was a philosopher in his own right. An ability to accurately view the entirety of American way of life like this is way beyond the abilities of the average or even great comedian. We’re short- changing George here. He was a genius.

George Carlin saw the big picture. I joined the Army at age 17 and served for 8 years. Now, my son is 16. There is no way in hell I would recommend that he enlist. Fight for what? Oil companies? I’m glad that I never enlisted in the military when I had the chance to when I was young. I’m 41 now. So glad I was able to meet this man in life. I worked for a hotel & delivered room service to him when he came to perform at our big theatre in town. When I got to his room, he opened the door with a smile (no yes men, no security, no agent...just him). He was super gratious, talked to me like we were old friends (mind you I was only 16 yrs. old at the time). Gave me a fat tip & said if I had any family that wanted to go to the show let him know & he would make it happen. I left wishing I was old enough to go to the show. Great guy, Incredible comedian!!

I'm 38 now and was 13 the first time I saw a George Carlin HBO special. I will always appreciate how George had this talent of looking you in the eye and telling the truth. Painful as it was, thank you, George, for just telling the damn truth.

Yeah but shame that many of his followers still belong to the stupid section of human society. They maybe don’t follow a government anymore or the big media, but still follow people like Carlin, so in the end they are not capable of free thinking, and don’t know how to distinguish what’s truth or not.
