Thank you for posting this. After 3.5 years of trying to make it in OC I scrolled up the coast on Zillow and noticed how “affordable“ it was comparatively. I’ll have to take a trip to see it in person.

It has been a long time and the area is now built up. The reason surfers don't surf Oxnard is because the waters are teeming with great white shark. Port Hueneme and point conception are the shark hot spots for California. The best eating fish is big great white shark so why not.
