    Hello Curtis, would it be possible during your workouts if you could tell us if we should have bent or straight knees? Linda always seems to keep hers straight, but can not always work out if yours are bent or straight due to the length of your shorts. Thanks for all the new shorter videos, love the great variety to choose from, means exercising doesn't get boring through repetition. Regards Flora
