      Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "what to take for panic attacks" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wanatthew Janlizabeth Eradicator - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

    this literlly changed my life! ive been suffering from anxiety for 5 years now, I literlly cried cause you changed my life in 5 minutes. I showed it to my new gf too who has a bit of anxiety cause it just so informational, this should really be general knowledge I dont know why it isnt but now everytime I see someone with with anxiety im going to recommend them this video, god bless you.

      I'm so glad to hear this relieved your anxiety. Respiration is altered when we are anxious, and when anxiety becomes chronic, our bodies forget how to breathe naturally and fully. Respiration and anxiety really go hand in hand. If you can alter one, you automatically alter the other. Thank you so much for sharing your experience!

    You are A LIFE SAVER!!!!!!!!!!! My breathing was SO BAD I'm constantly checking my pulse ox and it says my pulse is 99 so I was convinced it was broken. Felt like I was having a heart attack. I figured I would try youtubing breathing videos and came across yours! I tried IT ALL! Changing my diet, getting near any and all air sources to try and breathe. This technique changed EVERY THING!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭

      @@ashlees569 I think maybe it's because I breathe too much and so more blood flows? Also I have a question, does stress increase the risk of a heart attack, if it does how much does it increase the risk, and how likely is it.

    It's such a long story but let's just say that I'm 11 and I'm not in the stage I should be and I'm not with my family..and I was having an anxiety attack and I found your video and I'm all relaxed now. Thank you :)

      I'm old now but when I was your age, I wasnt with my family either.
      Just survive, kiddo. Do whatever you have to do to get through and I promise you, it gets better. You get to choose where to work and where to live and how to live and I swear it's better. Just keep breathing and keep calm. Life is a long game. Good luck.

    Give this a try everyone. I tried it for 10 minutes and it didn't work or calm me down. My anxiety was at a 10. So I said, keep going and I did it for 25 minutes, then I finally started to get relief. It took a long time but it is working. Thank you God. Stick with it, don't give up. When we're panicking we're wanting quick relief and if it doesn't come we freak out. Don't freak out. This works, trust me. I've had the worst anxiety imaginable

    this helped me I never fully understood why I was hard for me to take a deep breathe. I always tend to fell like I have shortness of breathe when trying to get through the day.

    I was feeling nauseous and wanted to vomit, but then I tried to breathe deeply and slowly. Then I realised, it’s actually an anxiety attack. Thank you so much Rachel for this video!! I’m feeling a lot better and calm now ❤️

    This was great. Focus on a counted breath in of say 4 beats, then elongate the exhale and exhale fully, get all that stagnant air out, and really relax on the exhale, take a 5-second vacation
