Excellent video.....I was thinking weld it and reshape it, but I've never done that before.....I enjoy your videos; they are relaxing and very informative and helpful.....you're my kind of people....Greetings from La Grange TX and Oden AR
Hey Hester at 8:06 you said gabbage again, what does that word mean? 🤣😲 Nice video brother and good job on repairing that gabbage. 😇👍 The welding turned out great.
Great job on the weld build up! I’m a bit slow, but what keeps the little height adjust clips from realigning with the slots & then falling off the shaft in the field?
Not slow at all! Great question. So the notch for them to slip out of is about 1/4 inch higher than where the casters sit with the weight of the machine on them. So the only way they can come out is by pulling the quick clip and dropping the spindle down
Another fine video with fine welding, fine greasing and fine humor. Calling Doctor Fine (JD).
Thank you! Still waiting on Dr. Howard 😂
Wow! What a save! Awesome job. 😃👍
Thanks Scout! 👍🏻slowly building my welding skills/confidence one bead (and flap disc) at a time 😅

Thank you! I’m slowly getting better/more confident in my welding skills, still a ways to go but getting better every time! 👍🏻
I would of made a mess trying to weld those spindles up lol. Very impressive. Nice job Hester!
That’s the best part about welding stuff like this, if it comes out crappy grab the grinder!! 😂👍🏻

Grease is blood to equipment
It’s that simple folks 😊😊😊
Keep them greased and the other equipment
You nailed it! Fresh grease and oil are always cheaper than fixing broken equipment 👍🏻
