The range of materiality, the balance of color and volumes, the elevated and maximalist (but not overwhelmingly so) use of each nook of the home, the incorporation of vintage elements without leaning antique shoppe. This is contemporary interior design with a lived-in feel that still pushes the envelope of design. Love!
This house has a quite interesting interpretation of design. I have never seen anything like that. I really liked almost all of it. Especially these fluffy chairs in the morning room, the letter and the recipe. I know these are little things, but i love it when people give them attention. Like the designer does it with the favourite book of the owner and this beautiful white/brown feather. In general, the designer has such a great presence. Such a radiant smile. I could hear her passion for her job in everything that she said. Also, she presented it so good. So professional and easy to follow. This 20min have passed by in a flash.
Just WOW!!! I loved this interior design! Absolutely need a part two to see the rest of this beautiful property! Congratulations Ginger! It’s because of designers like you that I’m studying to become one! Thanks for the lesson on design and wellbeing!
♥️ I absolutely adore this home. Ginger presented all the beautiful custom furniture really well, with lovely attention to detail, love the colours and textures. I’m inspired.

Obviously a very distinctive design direction and I love the curated objects and materials. Everything is bold yet cozy, loved it! Please develop your TH-cam channel we have to see more of your designs. Wishing all the best!
I really like how this home mix different elements such as nordic, spanish, Italian, and mediterranean. The different types of stone and tiles gives that countryside charming I love that. Traditional materials make a great difference too compare to other properties. The kitchen uff it's a kitchen for someone who loves cook in my point of view of course. It is a home for someone who loves to stay at home, share with close relatives or friends that was the impression that it gives me 😊. And it's colorfull with so many textures. PD: Can I clone this home? 😂
stunning. Going to try to incorporate some of these design elements into my own home which is modern Hacienda Spanish tile roof. I'm just tired of the stucco one incorporated a little stone here and there.
@0:50 She describes these chairs as "brutalist" and claims they are several hundred years old, yet the Brutalism architecture style didn't start until the 1950's, so I don't know if thats a fair to call the chairs "brutalist" @2:00 The table's orientation IS perpendicular to the island.
Impressive video, The Luxury Home Show. Looking forward to seeing your next upload. I hit the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The way you incorporated biophilic design elements really enhances the overall atmosphere. How do you find the balance between aesthetic appeal and functional living spaces in your projects?
@@NorthWoodsAmbient this is clearly appreciation of the culture that founded Texas, not appropriation. Also, you have no idea what culture the owner is.
How do you know what culture the owner is. Walk into any Home Goods/Home Sense 95% is from other countries/cultures. Every time I go on vacation I bring something I loved back.

The immaculate level of detail, loads of character and layered levels of beauty is top tier. This home is truly special ❤
Wow, I have never seen interior design like this. Really beautiful!

I'm loving these houses recently. Was getting tired of same white minimalist houses. This is beautiful.
This is very beautiful 😻 very clean and subtle aesthetic . Specially not boring colours like only White beige or grey homes

@@RelaxingSleepHarmony I think house is inspiring and unique. Your value shouldn’t be based on your wealth, but your values, and beliefs.
This comment helped me today. Thank you.
I wasn't sure if I like or hate this house which is why it caught my interest me so much. It's definitely unique!!
This home has so much color, texture, and detail; and I love every bit of it!
This is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The details are perfection!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m only half way through the video and dying over how beautiful this home is! Wow…absolutely stunning!
Now that is a designer👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Urbanology Designs, you rock. Just WOW!!
I think she meant to say the table runs perpendicular to the island but not parallel as most designs have…?
Correct.
@@BClanBeauty yup
I would not want to leave this place! I’m in love! 😍
Would have been nice to see all those beautiful lights ON.
I absolutely LOVE this. Fantastic job, and very inspiring for those of us in the field! Thank you for sharing!
I’m obsessed with the lighting and chandeliers ❤️
Rather fun. Many unique features & pairings. Well done Ginger.

This is a crazy beautiful home
it's so gorgeous. love the textures integrated in each space. the materials used chef's kiss ❣
Thank you for sharing this home, and it's design.
Gorgeous. Neuroaesthetics is so real, too. Not crazy whatsoever; perhaps a bit geeky but.. IYKYK.❤
Interior was a bit too dark but the outside was lovely
I was thinking the same, apart from the Hallway which is nice and bright, they have managed to make a home with lots of natural light so dark.
...absolutely gorgeous!
So nice to see a design with colour
Beautiful design! so thought out and well curated.
Horse hair chandelier!?!😮
this is a beautiful project

Cool home! ❤
Now this is an interior designer 👌🏼
It's giving 'interior design showroom' so many unique pieces in each room/space 😮💨🫠
I love the idea of having dusty animal butt hair hanging over food! 🐎🐴🐎🐴🐎I wonder why no one has thought of doing that before?
so beautiful, dream house

very beautiful. May I know which camera you use?
Ps the saddle bag is great ! But you can get them ten a penny from the totters in Deptford!!!!!!!
Some very nice elements, but perhaps so many that no one feels remarkable, and for me just too suburban beige
Inside it feels like an Indian hote
It’s so beatiful 😮
I love this so much
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very high end home ...
Why do they need sooooo many lounge areas?
Also my cigar corridor is also far superior!!!!!!!
Lovely house, but i must say my piano lounge is much better!!!!!
❤❤🎉🎉
Hi AD lol
But the table is perpendicular to the island!
Poor lighting for filming.
Horrible. Typical dull backwood american design. we are not still in the 80's my dear.
Horse hair..😢😢😢😢
stop appropriating cultures for your decorations

What a ridiculous and woke comment
@@GeorgeExploresYep...the sort of ppl that just got soundly rejected in Texas
