Please there is this problem I've been facing with our mindray BS240.
Anytime it comes to pick the reagent for Na , it keeps saying no samples is found at that position and it will end up not running the sodium test meanwhile there is enough of the reagent in there

Have you installed the ISE on the BS 240
The compartment for running ions is different from the one for the other chemistries
