If calculation is not working then some of the values of your parameters are incorrect
Rerun your TC and HDL again then recalculate
Formula
LDL =TC - HDL - VLDL
VLDL = TG/ 2.2 for mmol/l

[TC]-([TG]/5)-[HDL-C]
(We use mg/dl)
Is that correct?
And than running TC, HDL, and TG for the calculation right?
