@@ThanhTran-dp6yh First I had a problem in which I had very scattered absorbance readings. The problem was that one of the power cables for the lamp was loose. Now I have problems with the probe, it detects clots and fibrin in samples that clearly do not have them. It seems that the probe sensor is failing.
@@Luis-bo2uj "scattered absorbance readings" and "detects clots", i had these very issues too, but it happened bc i didn't use CD80 as concentrated wash solution in potion 99 (before that i used water, i thought it would saved me some reagent). the probe then clogged i fixed it by using Javel to unclog the probe and fill CD80. it works fine since then. you should check your centrifuge too. bad centrifuge could lead to probe clogged. see if your serum/plasma samples have small blood particals within

got a brandnew BS-360E a month ago. Having si many problems with it...
i am using a BS-240E. what problems do you have with your analyser?

the problem was, the probe was not ENTIRELY clogged. it was HALF-CLOGGED. i didn't think of it until a local technician helped me
