This week we will introduce the Brother Artspira App. We will learn to set up the app on your phone or tablet, connect it to the Brother Scan N Cut and wireless embroidery machine, and transfer designs or cut files wirelessly. Hi is this App free to connect
Yes it is. You can get it from the Play Store or Apple Store. You do have to have a wireless enabled Brother machine or Scan N Cut to use it.
I have a Brother Essence VM5200. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi so does that mean my machine is not compatible? Thank you
No, the VM5200 is not compatible with Artspira. The machine has to be wireless. I also have a VM5200, so I'm in the same boat.

No problem. I keep thinking they will make that machine wireless as it's about the only one that isn't now.
I would love a video on how to get connected to the internet and how to transfer files wireless and with a USB. I am not understanding this at all. I have purchase 3 USB drives and have yet to get them to work. I am trying to use a monogram which has 3 folders. And when I load them to the USB drive they do not show in the machine. Do I need to take the letters out of all the folders and put them into one? These 3 folders are all that is on the USB drive. I can't figure out why the machine can't read them.

I can't find this for my Macbook is it only for tablets and phones?

Also, not sure what machine you have. Not all USB drives work well with every machine. Let me know and I can give you a recommendation. If the designs are not showing up on your machine, it usually means the designs are not unzipped, are too large for your machine, or are in the wrong format.

Can I use the app on the the Brother PE800?
Hi Debra! I don't think so, as the machine needs to be wireless. I think the new PE900 is wireless. Sorry, but I know the dealer machines better than the mass market machines.
It doesn’t pair with the prs100?
No I'm sorry it doesn't. The Persona is not wireless.

Artspira also works with the wireless sewing machines and has lots of cute free projects and designs to embroider.

Hi Kathy! Yes I believe the PE900 will work with Artspira as it is now wireless. Make sure your machine is up to date and download the app to connect
