How do we select the 1"x2.5" hoop option from Brother in Artspira? I need to be able to use the small hoop but see the app only allows down to 4"x4" hoops :( I tried editing it on the SE2000 but it won't let me downsize the pattern to fit.

Hello! The Artspira Design Editor allows you to select from seven different hoop sizes. You can view those sizes here: bit.ly/3pxzTWM. ~rp

We apologize for any inconvenience. The Artspira app is unable to use a USB flashdrive and is only able to transfer designs wirelessly using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet. Please see the link below for the compatible machines:

am very dissappointed to see that all the mother's day projects use MOM, many scan n cut owners live in countries where we use the term MUM. UK, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and parts of Canada. Its very sad that this is not even considered.
