Your technical description in this video is wrong about the temperature. You said it will not allow the oil to exceed 300 degrees. The correct temperature listed in the manual is 400 degrees that it will not let it exceed. 300 degrees wouldn't be hot enough to cook the turkey. Also would have been helpful in letting people know it is a full system cutout when the oil exceeds 400. You have to relight the burner after the shut down. I was under the impression that this unit had a self regulating temperature system. Like it would increase or decrease propane flow to hold a certain oil temperature. Which would be AWESOME but not the case. Unfortunately, I will be returning mine without even opening it. It really isn't any more user friendly than a typical burner.
