Such a sad end to your Ireland travels, but so glad you're ok. That is all that matters. Yummy cheese and those buffalo - awwww. I love how you love animals, like us 🥰
So excited to see where you go today! Those buffalo are so sweet. Glad you guys are okay after the incident and have a lot of fun in Hawaii with Josh and Ashley!
I paused at 8.50 to tell you and anyone else that might be interested. In 2004 I gave up a well paid job as a logistics manager & the lifestyle that went with it to live in rural SW France, now I work for a French company making artisan goat cheese. I must say it is satisfying work as the French hold cheese makers in high regard, along with wine makers & bakers.. Ohh la la !
Ouch, so sorry to hear about what happened with the rental car, but glad to hear everyone is ok, that's all what matters. Material stuff can always be replaced after all. Oh, and I am a huge cheese lover, especially blue cheese, yummy! And goat cheese too, all the ones with the stronger tastes :)
My son adores goat cheese, too! His favorite way of eating it is to spread it on toasted raisin bread and then give it a little drizzle of honey over the top. It's a real treat as a snack for his morning break at work. It's high in protein and natural sugars so he feels energetic until lunch. And I have to admit, it's damn tasty!
I'm really glad to hear that you weren't hurt in the accident, and really glad that they other people weren't hurt, either. That cheese factory looked AMAZING!!! You should have tried the steak with a little of the bleu cheese on it because that would have blown your MIND it's SO great together! It's one of those food combinations that's greater than the sum of its parts. It's really quite amazing how gentle thousand pound bovines are when they are hand raised and handled by humans their whole lives. I grew up on a working beef cattle and sheep ranch. We had goats for milk and my parents always had a big garden, too. My Dad's brother always raised pigs and chickens. They would trade so that both families always had a good variety of meat in their freezers. It was a pretty great life, even if it was physically taxing.
The buffalo cheese looked delicious. Very interesting. Sorry to hear about the car but glad you guys are fine. Glad you had a good holiday and vacation. l'm looking forward to more videos. Thanks.
WOW sorry to hear about the car carry on . good that you are both ok thank god . man that cheese i am a cheese nut i love cheese . hey them buffalo . thank you both 🇬🇧💋
New subscriber and really enjoying your channel. We will be in Ireland for 8 days in July with a group of friends, on a "tour bus"... and as much as I would love to rent a car and drive ourselves around, allowing a trained, qualified local drive us around for our first visit seems less worrisome and stressful for us. I'm glad you were ok! Thanks for showing the Cliffs of Moher, even though it was freezing and cold and super windy! I think it's awesome of you to show as much as you did in those conditions!
Alison, that sweater looked so cute on you! It was perfect with your coloring. I learned that buffalo mozz comes from Buffalo a few years ago. Prior to that I thought the cheese was made in Buffalo, NY! 😂 The cheese looked good; I loooove Bleu cheese, any strong cheese really. And the steak also looked scrummy. Sorry to hear about the crash, but that's good that you're okay. Great that you had a break with your family. But also happy to hear we have more content coming 🙂 A few weeks ago I ordered one of your T.E.A. shirts in 2xl. It arrived a while back and it's so cute but there's no way it will fit. I'm rapidly losing weight but even at my goal size of 14 I don't think it will fit. If I never grow down into it I'll have to turn it into a throw pillow or use it in a t-shirt quilt or something.
If if makes you feel better, I'm from Dublin but live in ON, CANADA now. I wrecked my car after falling asleep on the main road and hitting a Buick at 110kmh, then totalled my new replacement a couple weeks later, got a replacement and someone hit me and caused 72k damage.
Oh cool! they also make those kinds of cheese! Our town here in the Philippines produces buffalo/carabao cheese as well and we call it Kesong Puti (White Cheese) and we even have an annual festival just for it lol
I'm sorry to hear you were involved in an accident (I know from experience they are stressful), but it's good you're ok. I don't blame you for having a quiet Christmas at home with family, I'm looking forward to seeing what you get up to in 2019 (I hope Eric doesn't injure himself this year) :D
Sorry to hear about your accident. In the UK (and Ireland), driving those narrow roads on the wrong side of the road and the wrong side of the car is very tricky, not to mention the multi-lane or multiple-circle roundabouts. The next time I'm over there, I'll get every scrap of insurance that the rental car company offers.
Whoa! I hate to hear about the wreck. Glad the both of you are okay. But who knew about the buffalo cheese. It looked delicious! Can not wait to see Hawaii! Safe Travel's
Such a sad end to wonderful trip, the disappointment in your faces was plain to see. Glad you are both ok though which is the main thing. Wishing you both both a wonderful healthy and happy 2019 and so looking forward to your next adventure 😀
Had to laugh that you thought “Buffalo” was a brand, I guess in USA people are very removed from food production. Very interesting video and it looks like a great cheese operation. Glad you are safe after the accident
Soooo I just made reservations for a car in the UK. Do you think the extra insurance is something I should get after your "issue"? I hope it all worked out for ya!!! Thanks again for taking me along with ya!!!
do you know why it's called mozzarella , because it is mozzato , that means cut off by hand. Another by-product of making mozzarella cheese is the ricotta , which means cooked twice , which is a soft spread cheese you can also eat with sugar
Sorry to hear about your car rental experience! That bites but at least you were not physically harmed. If you did not have rental insurance sometimes there is coverage to be found elsewhere. For example under your credit card that you used to pay for the car rental. Or perhaps your auto insurance that you may have at home, sometimes listed as an endorsement called liability for non owned autos. Anyway just some suggestions.
Would have been a Zillion times worse if it had happened on your first day, Hey, Welcome to Ireland .....Bang! Cars can be repaired, people cant, take care guys, loved your Ireland trip.
You don't see many cars in Ireland without dents, drive past a farm and dogs bit your tyres! Got stopped by the police, "Boys yer overloaded, six of you in the car"....."But officer it's a 1600"...."Ahh so it is lads, be on yer way"....Ireland is a fun place, glad you are both OK.
Hard cheese about the car. (not sure if everyone is familiar with that expression?), it is considered anarchic British. "Oh dear I hear you pranged your car, hard cheese old boy". Not sure if prang is well known out side the UK? Actually I expect that was the very first thing the Queen said to Prince Phillip after she heard about his accident! Prince Phillip, (the Duke of Edinburgh) is now known as the "The Duke of Hazzard".

I'm glad you're both OK. And you're already in #Hawaii 😎 Looking forward to more videos 😀
Such a sad end to your Ireland travels, but so glad you're ok. That is all that matters. Yummy cheese and those buffalo - awwww. I love how you love animals, like us 🥰
At least you are both ok - when all is said and done the car is replaceable you are not :)
How true, car's are replaceable, people are not
That's a good way to look at it.
So excited to see where you go today! Those buffalo are so sweet. Glad you guys are okay after the incident and have a lot of fun in Hawaii with Josh and Ashley!

When can I come over there?...no really?
That sounds amazing
Russ Cattell thats very inspirational! Good for you for changing your life narrative. Most do not have the guts to change their lives.
Great to see a small niche business that does something rather unique with pride and high quality.
Glad you two are both ok! Sorry to hear about that.
It’s good to hear you are ok and well. That’s the most important. Hope you have a good year and I’m excited to see your new adventures.
So glad you took a break and that you were not seriously injured in the accident. Please be careful out there.
Ouch, so sorry to hear about what happened with the rental car, but glad to hear everyone is ok, that's all what matters. Material stuff can always be replaced after all.

Hi Guys, can you tell us the exact date at the end of each video, can't keep up with your time line
If if makes you feel better, I'm from Dublin but live in ON, CANADA now. I wrecked my car after falling asleep on the main road and hitting a Buick at 110kmh, then totalled my new replacement a couple weeks later, got a replacement and someone hit me and caused 72k damage.
what a surprise , in Ireland they make mozzarella with bufale's milk?! Here in Naples mozzarella is a common product , we eat it very often
Oh cool! they also make those kinds of cheese! Our town here in the Philippines produces buffalo/carabao cheese as well and we call it Kesong Puti (White Cheese) and we even have an annual festival just for it lol
