I credit the Offensive Line coach as well. Most times there's a lack of good position coaching and coordination of a unit. These guys have the talent, the skill & work ethic. They all [NFL Players] just need to be put in the right situation with support and they'll flourish. Watching this, I see awareness, experience but sound coordination from his whole unit.

I agree. You have to have that to make cut-back runners like Henry effective. Davis was definitely the best player on their offensive line. None of that works without someone pulling and getting into the 2nd level to block LBs.
I can't believe they let him go and that he was so cheap. What an obvious and great move for the bears

His play on the field is well above average, but he's become quite injury prone. I hope he can stay healthy though for the Bears and have a good stay there.

Nate Davis has played right guard all his titans career.
Why put him at left guard, where he is forced to learn a new position?

    • @The_Football_Scout

It doesn't really make a big difference. If you practice it for a few weeks, you'll be good

@@The_Football_Scout I am saying this because we had Lucas Patrick, who has played center and right guard, and our team made him play left guard and he sucked.

@@vincentbernal635 They were talking about possibly kicking Jenkins back out to RT because of the less “punishment” his back/neck will endure than keeping him at RG. We’ll see what happens with the draft. I’d like to see how Leatherwood performs at LG since they’re eating his contract. Why not see what he can do since he probably prefers the left side since that’s where he played when he won his award at Bama before being drafted.

@@peterstachura8595 I agree with Jenkins staying at the right side, he has done it there most of his college career. In the same way, keep Davis at right guard for he has played at that spot all this time.
A player who played most of their time at one side shouldn’t be forced to play the other.
There is a reason Penei Sewell at the start struggled at right tackle and Evan Neal has struggled at right tackle. Both were so used to left tackle in college.

Jenkins was a right tackle through and through. His dominant college tape came from the right side.

So why is this dude not on the field? Does he have Chase Claypool disease? Let's see what he's got and if we don't like it maybe an injury settlement would be the way to go. No more money for nothing.
