    The hardest part is when im feeling good its like im searching for a feeling and then it comes on ... need to learn to allow myself to be ok with not having sensations

There’s so many people in my county alone who are suffering with this debilitating condition, I wish you could expand to some local in person groups in this county of San Bernardino. I know so many people who need help.

    I feel like I have been to every doctor in my city. I’ve been to my primary three times specialists twice or more not 34 times ER visits lab work tests, functional doctors I mean it’s crazy the amount of money I’ve spent on test and the only thing I have is anxiety along with health anxiety

    U r amazing please do vedio on lonliness...I feel misery sometimes...tried ...I have been suffering anxiety from past 2 years 😕 😔 😞 ...I feel anxious. All the time .getting sacred when I am in public...but 4 years back I wasn't been in this situation..after going to college I started feeling in this way ...this is terrifying...my parents can't understand ntg...I also feeling like derealisation,...also feel myself dumb..as if I dono anything....why iam going through this 😢 😭

      Stop being fear of fear. Don't try to avoid negative emotions and stop blaming and judging your emotions. This avoiding attitude make you feel lonely in the present and make you feel more depressed in the future. Life isn't a competition there's no first and last, so don't feel dump just because you feeling behind in life. My mental condition is far worse than you. But I'm getting better every moment.

    Shaan did you take any medication for digestive issues that you had due to anxiety? Me too have digestive issues GERD and doctors keep on giving me antacid which do not help😞

      Take a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in room temp water 30 minutes before meals. Take some good digestive enzymes and see if that helps.

      Yes, I had that Symptom, but hey it went away on its own, just focus on responding correctly.
