Kids do that here after big rainstorms. I did it to when I was a kid, yesterday, I'm 61 years young. Try it sometime, it fun. Besides people in cars can check it off their bucket list too. It's a win, win for all.🤪

I knew a bloke who did it to three Jehovah's Witnesses after a heavy rainfall, just as they appeared to be starting their outreach! Although I chuckled I wouldn't have done it myself.
When we were young we used to play a similar game. But instead of just standing there when a car approached, we used to run away as fast as possible and the one who could avoid the water splash won 🏆 Mama always dressed us like we were fishermen at stormy sea 😅 My childhood memories from the 90s 🖤🇧🇪... I miss that time alot

Just now i found out its actually illegal to soak a pedestrian by driving through a puddle in the UK (and if someone is caught doing it they can get fined, and get points put on their licence (i read that its between 3 and 9 points)
Brilliant. 😂🤣. Now for the downside in 1988 it was made illegal to purposely splash a pedestrian. Well in the UK anyway. I personally think that if you want to get splashed you should be allowed to.👍😊.
I remember my friend and had just come out if Denny's and it had just rained, sidewalk was right next to road. We got soaked. Her son was right behind us. We laughed so hard that her sin got mad at us. Awesome memory !
