Since it's Black Friday, the PXN P50 is closer to £35 now... if you're interested... www.amazon.co.uk/PXN-Wireless-Controller-Vibration-Nintendo/dp/B0B3DSP8KC Stay safe ❤
I just bought this about two weeks ago in the coffee color for $18 and I love it. The feel is super comfortable in hand, the soft brownish color is attractive and the buttons are real clicky without the loud, annoying sounds. But you're right about the analog stick being off a bit. I usually use the d-pad to select menus in games like Sniper Elite 4 for my Switch when that darn analog just have you going everywhere but the area you intended to go to. And I have to find my manual.... I didn't even know that there was an app I could go to. I just started using it without the extra functions and buttons but I would definitely like to tune the left analog stick to my liking...it's just way to sensitive. But for $18 on Amazon, I definitely would recommend this product. Thanks for the vid... You have a new subscriber, brother. 👍🏾
I checked that the firmware of the controller can be updated and that this fixed some of its errors such as input lag or bluetooth compatibility with windows and steam deck, it will arrive in a few days and I'll try how it goes. Excellent review!
Any news for how it works with your Steam Deck? I'm considering getting a couple of these for couch co-op, it working well with the Deck is mandatory for me and I can't find much info on that xD If you have tested it and have notes that would be a massive help for me
Took it out of the box to play on a PC. I pressed LB and RB at the same time, and the LB button didn't work anymore. Going to try again rn. Wish me luck.
i can’t get my amiibo to register on mine 😢 otherwise, i love this controller for how it feels and plays and its price. ~$20-25 usd when i got it in Jan 2024. it’s my first amiibo so hopefully i can figure it out, as it was a gift and i’d love to use it! thx for this detailed review
This is a great controller for it's price, it is also the one i find most comfortable for FPS and 3rd person, it's such a shame that it does not have a PC app alternative to use the software, quite stupid to make it mobile only, it would be great to wire connect, setup, disconnect and use on the device you want.
stock android phone and have many Bluetooth Wi-Fi i couldn't connect ps4 controller with pixel 3 and mi a2 lite also in 5ghz Wi-Fi the can find hotspots only between 80-150 channels
I'm thinking of getting this as a replacement for my pdp xbox controller for my laptop.. does it work on most pc games?? it looks like a stadia contoller looks comfy.. i really like that it has extra buttons, i'm thinking for retroarch..it would be nice
@@franciscoalejandro7567 nah as in a button is where the b button should be and vice versa. If you play an PS4 game it does circle when you hit X. Same with Xbox. It's annoying as fuck
@@gabby222themoon but regardless of the where the letters are, it doesn't seem that it would default to select on Xbox games as the back button. I get this is the scheme in Japan but wouldn't B just be select which is in the typical A spot? It seems like it would work the same but idk
The body looks like a dead wringer for a Google stadia controller but the left analog and doad we're swapped. (Plus the features added to this) anyway thanks for the helpful review looks like a pass but comfy!
It works on regular Steam on my PC, so I would hazard a guess it'd work with a Steam Deck too. I couldn't say for certain though as I don't have one. If your Steam Deck supports bluetooth controllers, this one should work fine.
Shame about the d-pad, the slight lag and not working with your newest phone. Looks like a nice controller otherwise. At least you didn't get given crappy 3rd party controllers when we were growing up. 🤣 I always had two official controllers each for the MegaDrive, Saturn & original PlayStation. With the MegaDrive, I had the 2x standard 3 button controllers which came with it, and I'd bought 2x 6-button controllers for Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat etc.
Yes it is too good to be true. After dropping $40 buck on this controller due in some part to this review, I found out that are some big asterisks on the features of this controller. The man problem is that this controller is more compatible with PC games via bluetooth. It works fine plugged into the computer, and it plays games on steam. But when you try it out on other launchers like Game pass, Epic and GOG. You quickly find out that the controller is lacking Input protocols and only works on steam via steams built-in Switch pro controller emulators. That is right this switch/PC wireless controller does not work on PC with out a USB cable.
i'm confused by what you've said. I've just got one of these p50's and am having trouble with it. Flight sim 2020 doesn't seem to recognize it (it is a cracked copy of flight sim outside of steam) But even 2k23 golf within steam the controller is not flowing right on the swings or anything. I'm lost as to how to make it right. I've tried windows 10 calibration, but none of the inputs seem to register on there i didn't realize it was some ninentdo switch device when i bought it, i just wanted a windows 10 gaming controller

dude it's been 10 months how's the input lag doing?
ITS 12 DOLLARS NOW
!!
I got this one for my gf and it's held up pretty well, she stood so likes that she can use it with her ipad
No way you bought it for 42 when I just bought it for 11 today, I’m so glad I know it’s not cheap anymore 😂
so it went from like 55 to 20 dollars in a year! the deal is crazy!
An even better deal today! I still use this on the regular!
my buddy found one of these in a bin at a new thrift store in our area. got it for 6 bucks. deff a steal
Thanks for the great review!
Does this controller support rumble / haptics when used with Apple Arcade on iOS / macOS?
Took it out of the box to play on a PC. I pressed LB and RB at the same time, and the LB button didn't work anymore. Going to try again rn. Wish me luck.
you mean to tell me the controller has actually noticeable input lag and an unusable dpad? should have mentioned it immediately
Thanks for the review!
Do they work wireless with a windows PC?
i've seen some people saying it's not possible while others said that they work .-.

Can it be used on Amazon Luna ?
Does it still work after a year? Sometimes controllers seem good and fail after a while.
Great review. What other low cost gyroscope controllers would you recommend?
I got it for 20 dollars cuz I needed a controller for my PC. I was gonna keep it plugged up anyway so it'll work fine for me
I've noticed recently it's dropped to twenty quid, which makes it an absolute bargain imo.

The color choices are 🚮 but I picked one of for 12 bucks so you can’t beat it 😎
is it possible to re-map function key X Y A B on a PC? same as XBOX setup
There’s a circulation button that says circulation. Does it mean it will repeat the macro inputs?
Is anyone else having trouble connecting the remote with bluetooth on PC? It works perfect wired, but wireless it won't connect.
very nice controller and the colours are fab but I don't like yet another gadget that needs a stupid app.
I have it and don't give two cents about the app, it just works great on steam
@@KenNakajima07Do you know if the motion controls work on PC as well?
@@nicholas3708they do
Great video thank you! Is this compatible with all Apple Arcade games? I heard it might not work for some?
The catch is that the a and b button are switched and you can't change it without some third party software
Switched? As in, if I press A it registers as B?? That's very odd.

Are these newer than the 9607X model?
I believe so.

Best thing about it is that they copied the Stadia controller ergonomics!
Yeah. It honestly hadn't clicked with me that they did that until after the video went up 😅
