I'm not gonna lie with this one. This movie was REALLY good, it was put together really well. My only complaint is that they could've done more with the Gammas 1 and 2. And they could've done more with Beast Gohan, and they also could've just done away with that fat Gotenks and made em the regular Gotenks in Super Saiyan 1 or 3 form against Cell Max. But other than that, the movie was really good and I actually got to watch it in the theaters the day it first came out on theaters.
I feel like beast gohan would have been drowned out though if they did too much with him, I like they made it happen when he snapped (just like when cell crushed 16s head and it made gohan go ss2)

Personally I thought the movie was alright. Find it hilarious how someone can make some robots on par with god level fighters and the fact Beast Gohan design is hilariously bad and that it's clearly nostalgia bait. I’m probably in the minority but I always figured Gohan learning the Makakensoppo as a progress in character. In earlier peaceful times like the 7 years and the time skip after Buu, he learned nothing. But in the time after ToP he decided to learn this technique. I felt it showed that he had some awareness of a potential threat and be ready.

I might get cooked for this one, Superhero is good but not even a top 3 DB movie. I think the story is pretty solid (until Cell Max), and while it looks good, the 3D just doesn’t hit the same as the 2D, especially compared to the gorgeous 2D visuals in the same movie 😂 I’d give Detective Piccolo and friends a 7/10.

I’m probably in the minority but I always figured Gohan learning the Makakensoppo as a progress in character. In earlier peaceful times like the 7 years and the time skip after Buu, he learned nothing. But in the time after ToP he decided to learn this technique. I felt it showed that he had some awareness of a potential threat and be ready.

I mean, I figured she might have been on when she grows up since she was used in the SSG ritual even before she was born. I think the story is pretty solid (until Cell Max), and while it looks good, the 3D just doesn’t hit the same as the 2D, especially compared to the gorgeous 2D visuals in the same movie 😂
I’d give Detective Piccolo and friends a 7/10.
