I started looking up videos for affirmations about self worth, high value person, self respect. Listening to that EVERY morning upon opening my eyes and EVERY night before sleep for at least a month changed my life. Focusing on myself became so easy and I honestly no longer wanted the person I was emotionally bonded to for two years. Try it, especially if nothing else is working.
I have dated some awful men and just didn't know it because it just wasn't revealed to me until afterwards. Those men are not a reflection of nothing about me.

Don't partner if you want to complain about participation. Be single then. Believe me, it's no fun for us either.

Just bc you pay bills don’t entitle you to certain things & this is probably why women who can’t be bought won’t tolerate stuff like this. I do agree with him that breakups shouldn’t be over a text though. If she didn’t accept a real conversation, then it is what it is. A lot of guys are too cowards to also end the relationship they already don’t want to be in, so they wait for us to do the breakup for them. You can also tell when dudes are around their homies & act like they’re unbothered about the situation, but when they’re alone, that’s when they suffer in silence. Then he said I don't have to be here I can go home.. I said there's the door.. You can let yourself out.. He gath ered all his things together. I left the room.. I didn't want to see him walk out on me. He did.. I'm a grown well seasoned woman i'm not gonna beg.. I'm not gonna ask why.. I was blind sided.. I did not see this coming..
