Great finds & video! I’ve seen that new Nordyne before where I went to college; the one I’ve seen is a Gibson. Actually replaced a new Williamson unit that less than a year prior replaced a York tabletop. Also I have a video of several of those old Heil quakers near where I am with the more square shape running (early 70s or possibly late 60s) I can send you if you want.
my older brother also lives in an apartment complex with his gf, and most of the units there are rheem and goodman units. i think i got a shutdown of a rheem one time with my phone

Looks like Midea is eating more and more of the market worldwide! I'm amazed at those old Heil units, true beasts
Midea is becoming more common probably because of the low cost.

They're manufactured by Midea in china, midea central units are under about a gazillion different brands here in the states.
