Is the buzzing noise normal? Just got a brand new Trane XR14 and it buzzes like that when running. I thought it would be quieter, but it's not. Anything to worry about? Sounded like that from day one, a week ago.

Looks in good shape wonder if it still runs. Now days they break after like 6 months.

I’m surprised they are working so good that’s good but they are 44 years old they look like they might die soon :( but we hope they stay alive for another 5 years

Are they that bad? I bought a house last year and the idiot that previously owned it managed to find the one guy in the tri-state area that installs Nortek units. It's approximately 5 years old. So far it's working fine after I cleaned the 1/4 inch of "filter" off the coils that the PO couldn't be bothered to clean.

Becuse if your guardian was put here 2007 my kenmore was put/ installed 2009 so are you saying that my kenmore might only have 2 more years left? It’s kinda what I think and + the pipes and accumulatur are struggling to sweat it’s kinda odd you should have just recharged it what I mean is put new refrigerant in the unit not replace then but the your can but the guardian is kinda new it’s not even rusty it’s shiny ✨ so welp you did the replacement already so… it’s fine
