Snowflakes who can't handle confrontation lol. I have a friend who works in HR, she said a lot of young people coming in for work break down and cry when it's something simple as..."You need to work a little faster or do this or do that". She said one girl claimed bullying because she wasn't doing her job right and couldn't even handle the boss telling she needs to stop being late for work 😂
It’s the last two statements that crossed the line. Bringing up his failed relationship and saying that he will die alone, are definitely fighting words.
The anger and tone in his voice when he punched the roof of the car was just amazing!!!!!!! You can just feel all of his emotions. Such a great actor!!!!
That whole monologue was pure *chef's kiss* Hugh Jackman didn't have to go that hard for a friggin' Deadpool movie, but I'm glad he did. His performance in was damn near picture-perfect. IF he does get nominated for an Oscar for this movie, awesome sauce!
He can take a roast. It was the line about Vanessa that crossed the line. Think about how Logan used the term about her, it was effectively a curse word due to how much spite he had in his voice. Deadpool had it coming, Vanessa didn't. And that's likely why he went silent.
@Elmithian he was silent because he new every single word was correct and he lashed out like a 3 year old. Wade crossed the line first, wolverine payed him back. when wolverine accuretly called him out on his bs wade did what he does best act like a child.
@@Elmithian Logan had never even met Vanessa. Her being a stripper was one of the few things he knew about her. Deadpool was expecting Logan to be respectful to essentially an abstract concept but wasn't willing to be respectful to all of Logan's friends who had actually died (some of whom DP had even met variants of, like Colossus). DP had that ass-kicking coming.
Wade isn’t a scumbag. If he was a scumbag he wouldn’t care about anyone - let alone wanting to do all he did to save those people. Logan did have the right to unload on him, but he also risked his life for that “scumbag” too.
Well I think we were all prepared for Wolverine to cook him, but if he didn’t have a healing factor he would’ve been incinerated, I just didn’t think he’d go that far for saying the word “Gubernatorial”(I know that’s not the only reason, but the change of tone between gubernatorial and the roast session was SERIOUS)
Logan was absolutely mean but it was equally well earned. You don't dangle what someone wants most in front of them if you don't think you can follow through.
Rewatched Logan and noticed that a similar thing happened with Logan arguing with Laura (X-23) in a truck and she punched him in the face. I think all the times he had a car monologue in a movie prepared Hugh for this moment.
It's amazing how the music is cut to left Wolverine make his wonderful speech. Only Hugh Jackman could give to his words the necessary deep and drama to sound epic and terrible at the same time. After all, is not so easy leave Deadpool speechless, isn't it? Thanks Deadpool to bring back Wolverine to our lives. We needed it.
I wish these reactors had a better sense of when to stop talking and just enjoy a scene for the first time. You only get one chance to experience this scene for the first time and Hugh Jackman absolutely fucking nails it
While i feel bad for Deadpool i think he had it coming, Logan felt like he had been strung along when Deadpool wasn't even clear with him on that. He desperately wanted to save his own universe as well to make up for his actions only to discovered there's an inevitable outcome in the end. I think that's warranted Logan to say that to Deadpool, this Logan is a mess in self-hatred for what happened to his x men, combined with the possibility of his universe being erased- that sudden hope come and goes so soon,i think that hurts Logan the most of all
For those who don’t know. Gubernatorial is related to governor. EXP: The execution was stopped by a gubernatorial order. I am just so proud, that I as an Austrian know that;)) and some native speakers do not. 😊

Finally watched the movie. What a disappointment. Not woke garbage and they were clearly trying to give us what we want. But it had no substance whatsoever
A bit of a retread? Yeah, but substance-less? That's straight up false. Also who gives a crap if it's "woke". Marvel has ALWAYS been "woke". White people have misappropriated the term to mean something bad.
This movie has like a dozen+ gay jokes in it... White right-wing grifters have made the term to mean something bad, when it's about being socially aware and progressive.
Also a bit of a retread? Yeah, but substance-less? Yeah, no 😂 The movie is about second chances. Deadpool is at a low point, so is Wolverine. Elektra, Blade, and Gambit are from abandoned universes, etc.

Thank you bro! “That was mean”??? You’re telling me he didn’t have that coming?? Lol
Wade definitely had it coming. And Wolverine delivered a verbal savaging that not even Deadpool's healing factor could heal.

Best scene in the whole movie. When Wolverine fights you, he destroys you. Physically or mentally.

I really liked the moment with Laura more. "You were never the right one, you were just the one we could rely on" or something similar.

Been wondering since premiere if the roof punch was improvised or actually in the script. If it's impro, Hugh must get an Oscar

I love how Wolverine's words hurt so deep that they ended up fighting in the van without hesitation.
During Wolverine's monologue scene, the _whole_ theater went quiet. So much that you would've definitely heard a pin drop.
That monolge alone deserves at least an Oscar nomination.
Gubernatorial: relating to a state governor or the office of said governor lol

People being upset about what Logan said. Did you watch the whole movie? Every word he said was 100% truth. Deadpool is a scumbag of a person.
Facts
I think they were more upset about the part where he said he couldn't save his relationship with Vanessa.
