I spent my youth designing sets for Star Trek scripts I would write. Every single sketch in all the art pads I still have were inspired by the work of this legend. Mr. Zimmerman, you've had a tremendous impact on my life and the lives of millions of others. Thank you good sir.

Agreed, the hokey ones paid for the good ones, and the good ones led us to where we are today. The power of green woman and "Pon farr" made the series. Gene knew the erotic sells the show to horny teens and not so teen. Plus the spock/kirk fight music pops into my brain whenever there is a TV fight scene. The music was great.

My favorite part of these interviews is when you find out that the guest has worked on other favorite shows, like for me Days of Our LIves & Sid & Marty Krofft productions.
If we had to drink a shot of Jack Daniels every time Dominic interrupts his guest,, we would be dead from alcohol poisoning in 15 minutes or less.
Now, if "you" got 1$ for every time Dominic interrupts his guest, Liz Kloczkowski could rebuild the bridge of the NX-01 for your studio in 2 episode.

Ha ha, Dominic is imbibing, which makes him interrupt. I want to see him drink a French G&T: 1/3 Gin, 2/3 Dubonnet (Red). QEII's favorite bev. He isn't trying to be rude or anything by interrupting, he just had one too many.

Such a great man is Herman and I can’t believe his age, magnificent and to remember all that detail . Whilst I know about the new show I need to watch the remaining few SPS episodes. The whole team did such a great job of this show but obviously there were reasons Conner and Dom decided to part ways and do something new, nevertheless another great show. Ed from South Australia 🍷🍷

I really look forward to these live podcasts. All the hosts are lovely, but for constructive criticism sake, I do wish producer Mark does not participate all the time in the quizes . It kind of ruins the challenge when he knows all of the answers knowing the series well enough. Give more time for Connor, Erica, Guest and Dominic to give their answers. Erica is a good host but hope you give her more ways to interact with the guests. She is very good host, beautiful, and fun and I personally think she needs more involvement with the show to balance out the hosting dialogue between all 3 . Please dont take this as hate comment, but just someone who is giving constructive feedback. Dominic and Connor are always a welcomed addition and this show has grown so much . I really enjoy this and thank you for producing this!

I'm a big believer that you can hide an actors face or eyes. To me, in those instances it is far easier for the audience to project what they feel the character is going through or emoting. Obviously not every character but to me it added to Levar's performance and he adjusted his performance in other ways.

It's been great to watch the show improving not just on a material level - set design, production value, etc. - but, especially, how Dom and Connor have been steadily becoming better and better hosts. I feel like the show has been consistently kept a balance in focus between the guests and the hosts themselves (while, in early episodes, the hosts often tended to make the show a little too much about themselves). I really like 7th Rule and Delta Flyers, but Shuttlepod has become the number one Trek podcast for me.

Love Conn's hat! Looks like an Alpenstock. One of the best stories from recent Shuttlepod Shows is how Connor would have to spend about 2 hours in hair makeup to get his hair frosted before each episode. Yeah, it looks like it, he had the best hair in all of ST. That is a great legacy, Best Hair in Star Trek! Jolene must have been really jealous; her wig didn't even have any highlights. Dominic would know, from his previous hair salon gigs. If we don't look good, you don't look good, and Connor, you looked fabulous!

@Connor - in one of the novels an older Trip is depicted as pretending to be the gardener at T'pol's home on Vulcan, and she has three teen-aged children. It's implied that they are his.

Have to comment on this, I could be wrong, but Mark was wrong on captain Ramsey, it was Ransom (ok not the question lol), and technically the secret org final question would that not be the Obsidian Order? They were referenced a lot earlier than S31 in DS9? I like the questions segment of the shows, but feel it's not fair allowing Mark to play every week as clearly knows more!

But the bridge Does talk to the Romulans. Captain Archer doesnt. Dom originally says that Archer did then asks 'Did we not talk to the Romulans'. The Enterprise as a crew did. After Hoshi finishes the translation the Romulan commander tells them to detach the hull plating and leave. We don't See the Romulans face but we hear their voice and converse with them.

Says the man who split the hair in the first place. #justsaying I thought it was important choice by the show to preserve the cannon of not seeing the Romulans' to make the evolutionary connection to Vulcans- But, we did have contact and did talk with them.
