Hi, citrus tree you described on 3:48 min. is Dalandan or some call it Green Mandarin it taste as like normal Orange Mandarin, but more compact and sweet depend on state of maturity. Nice property, good luck. Regards from London 🙂
It’s good to see that your energy levels are up, those daily walks up that hill are good for you. The property looks great, and the house is coming along nicely. Thanks for taking us along. Stay well.
That's quite a drop to the well, but well worth it (no pun intended) to take the jaunt down there. Things are shaping up nicely...When done the house will offer some respite from the sun and humidity... Good stuff! BTW, I have no idea on the meaning of the words, haha! I'll be waiting for some comments clueing me in! TC... 👍😎👍
the stirrups need to be closer together, maybe 8 inches apart and when the columns and beams meet and beams and beams meet and near the bottom of the columns they need to be 4 inches apart, starting about 3 foot from all the intersections. the stirrups also need to 'end' in the center of the column concrete, not laying along side the outside of the column. stagger your rebar lengths so the overlapping joints are not in the same place. each rebar in the ring beam needs to go around the column in the corners and continue onto the next wall ,not end in the corner, for example one length will go around the corner and extend 3 feet onto the next wall, another will go around the corner and extend 5 foot onto the next wall another 7 foot, and the last length 9 foot past the corner. so all corners will have bends in them going around the corner columns, not ending in the columns. then none of your 4 rebars in the ring beam joints will 'line up' in the same location. its best if you prime all the rebar with iron oxide metal primer before use so it does not rust inside the concrete and cause separation.
@@ThePhilippinesProjectThanks. I sure will need some when i start my little homestead in Ayangan next year. Do you have to apply for a building permit to build your house?
nice lot and nice well !
Thanks! We’ve been working hard on it!!

New sub here. Nice to see the ongoing development on your site. Where do you buy your bamboos?
We buy locally from a farmer. This bamboo is just down the road.
