IELTS requirement toh sahi hai, but entry level job milna thoda mushkil hai. Look for a trustworthy consultant which is there for a long time and has already sent people abroad. Ask him to contact them, once you know that the consultant is genuine then only take their help. Otherwise you can directly look for jobs online (LinkedIn / indeed) in your preferred industry and apply.

most temporary work permits can be issued without IELTS thats why agents avoid them but when you are here, you have to appear for tests. So better do it back home

Scoring 4 band in IELTS is not hard. You can practice online to scale up for communication skills atleast 2 - 3 months before the test. Also there are coaching institutes nearly in every part of India that claims good results

You can fulfill the requirements for British citizenship while you are on Caymanian passport and once you have British citizenship you can move to the UK as a citizen. Otherwise, you can relocate to the UK on study permit or work permit (both have options to bring your family with you) Hope this helps 😃

As per law, the employer has to bear the fees of work permit and cannot ask the employee to pay that. It is a violation of govt guidelines.

How can u move to the UK with a caymanian passport?
