Your route is correct sir , i checked via uk and usa. My god , it will be a tough to get transit visa . Better i will follow your suggestion. Booking via yatra is affordable but transit visa required for uk and usa. Whereas your idea is best but bit expensive, but best ,no risk.
Yes it is good only if you do not have a way to come via US and UK.

As per law, the employer has to bear the fees of work permit and cannot ask the employee to pay that. It is a violation of govt guidelines.

Sir i have a doubt , once we enter to Cayman Island , only 30 days we can stay , so within 30 days ,i must get work permit completing all the process .
In case within 30 days ,if i don't get job or work permit documents, on 29th day ,can i leave Cayman Island ,and spending some time in bermuda , again after three days can i enter Cayman and can i stay for other 30 days ? Please share your idea , it will be helpful for me to plan accordingly.
I suggest that this option is not worth, its too expensive and there is zero guarantee that you’ll get a job
You can try getting a job first and then come on permit

I am a Bangladeshi national I want to go to Cayman Island through a travel agency the agency people are charging me 13 thousand dollars from air fare they will do everything I will go there mainly to work that is my main purpose they are telling me to come from Bangladesh on a tourist visa. Will take Cayman Island then after taking there will make a one year residential card through which I can work there now I hope for your opinion if I go this way can I work there or will I be a victim of fraud and how much money will I earn monthly if I work as a waiter or super shop Can you do?

Hi Saiful, for jobs like waiter or supermarket staff, mostly they pay by hours. So maybe you’ll be able to make around 2000 to 2500$ a month.
Things with travel agents are sometimes tricky. If the agency is well reputed and trustworthy in the city then you can make up your mind. Also you can negotiate with them that you’ll pay them back half amount when you reach Cayman

It can be done both ways, some people arrive here and then do the ELT here. But if you already have valid ELT results then you can submit them with the application
