The recipe on your site calls for 4 eggs but the video says 4 egg yolks. There is quite a bit of difference in bulk. Which method do you recommend - yolks or whole eggs?
It’s an erythritol blend but I don’t recommend that brand anymore. They added fiber, tapioca, etc to their products. Use this instead: mariamindbodyhealth.com/lakanto/
I made the lemon curd a few weeks ago - do you have the nutritional macros for the curd only? Also, what are the serving sizes for the curd? Thank you! It was delicious, although I will use confectioners swerve next time.
I made this curd and it’s taste beautiful it didn’t split or curdle..I put it in the fridge in a sterilised jar..however is it suppose to be grainy? Thanks
How many egg yolks? The full recipe says 4 eggs, does that mean just yolks? Just made the psmf angle food cake last night and cannot wait to top it with the lemon curb!! Thank you Maria!
@@mistythompson4961 I made it last night with just 4 yolks and it was delicious but I don’t think I whisked it long enough because I ended up with a lot of “pulp” in the strainer.
@@pameladecker6189 THANK YOU! I was comparing recipes this am. I was leaning toward just yolks. I'm at my moms and she doesn't have a zester so the other thing was to use a lemon peeler and process it with sugar. Many recipes dont actually sieve it but I am going to try and make a pie for hubby. He grew up w lemon ice box and trying find good swap for that. Were zesty today so starting preserved lemons too.
And here I was thinking I couldn't eat lemon curd again. Would this work with the PSMF bread sweetened and baked in a tube pan? I'm thinking of an angel food cake type of thing

@@jeneangerber195 hey. Yes it worked wonderfully. I put mine through a sieve to ensure it was smooth and I only had lemon zest in it.

NO I do not, you can use cronometer to figure those macros. :)

It will be grainy the next day depending on the sweetener used. Tyr liquid allulose. :)
