Yesss I love to hear this!!! Do you eat coconut butter? You can add some in there on top of the butter you’re already adding…really adds a nice twist to it.
Hey, just wanted to let you know, that scoop that comes with the gelatine is about a tablespoon! I leveled it out and moved it over just to confirm. It's practically a tablespoon, maybe short just a little bit depending on how full you fill the scoop. Glad you shared this recipe! I'm making my second batch now 😸
What vegetation I use I only concern myself with organic if the outside is consumed. Too much environmental pollution. I was just thinking recently about how to make gummies rather than buy. Thank you! I want to add electrolytes.
Looks good! 😋 I've been on carnivore for 3 days and i have a Q, did you experience "brain fog" at the beginning of your journey? If so did you add/change anything? Im not sure if what im feeling IS brain fog but i do feel it to be different now
When I started carnivore by week 3 I was so fatigued. I think it is an electrolyte issue, would definitely add magnesium, potassium and plenty of good salt.
I was exhausted the first 2 weeks. So tired and mentally drained. It will pass. Make sure you’re getting enough water and salt (electrolyte) with some good quality salt. And eating enough fat. And rest!
Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if you noticed that your eyes changed colors at all? I’ve been studying Iridology and it’s the theory that the health of our bodies determines the color and patterns of color in our eyes. So I thought that maybe throughout this experience if you noticed any changes in your eyes color?
It's quackery... Direct your attention to more productive endeavors and stop believing in these kooks feeding into your worst narcissistic tendencies... PS, your eye color is determined by your DNA and their is nothing you can do or eat to change it.. If it's a big problem for you get colored contacts to feed that's shallow ego of yours.
@@mikeborrelli193 first of all dude I have to ask...do you need a Xanax or something I mean I realize it's been a stressful last couple of years but if you can't get a handle on that it's going to get really difficult for you cuz we have at least 3 more years of hell we have to survive so you should really try to save all that anger for more worthwhile issues and there are plenty to choose from this day and age. I study a lot of things. Some that are backed up by years of scientific research and fact and some that are in the infancy of discovery because it is fact that at some point in time everything that we know know as fact was once in the infancy of discovery. I don't close my mind to anything that could have a beneficial impact in my life until I have at least learned about it. It's called having an open mind and I believe that having an open mind as scary as that might be for people like you makes you a more informed and more well rounded empathetic and less judgemental person. Third while you are correct about the aspect of the eye color you are born with you are wrong about not being able to change your eye color this is in fact what brought me to iridology in the first place. As you may or may not know many newborns are born with blue eyes as I was. And within weeks of birth my eyes seemingly changed to brown. Then in my early twenties when I started eating vegetarian my eyes changed to hazel and have since been changing depending on my diet and lifestyle. I was told that if I am able to remove the toxins and foods that I'm allergic to from my body my eyes will change back to their original color. I have also seen with my own eyes instances where black and brown spots appeared almost overnight in conjunction with a trauma illness or sudden health issue such as a stroke where in the left eye of my best friend in the area of the iris at directional 11oclock a large black spot appeared that I immediately noticed the first time I looked at him after he got out of the hospital. The same thing happened when my father had a heart attack and also when had 8 teeth removed 4 of which had been infected there was a very noticeable change in the corresponding areas in my own eyes. So you can say what you want but I don't see why I would listen to anything that a sad angry man who trolls TH-cam comments looking for people to criticize has to say over and above what I have seen with my own eyes no pun intended. Finally in case you aren't able to tell (I guess it's best not to assume that you can come to many conclusions on your own even though my original question mentions that it was in regards to health and NOT vanity) I didn't ask the question because I was concerned about changing the color of my eyes I was asking because certain aspects visible in the iris are directly related to health and ANY optometrist will verify this as I have asked them. So sorry to burst your overinflated ego of self righteousness but you would do well to not assume things you don't know anything about and then double down by publically showing your ass. So please if you choose to be closed minded and miss out on all the wonders that life and this world have to offer than I feel sorry for you but that is your choice. If I choose to expand my mind by learning about as many things as I can while I am here because to me that is what makes me happy then that is my choice and should really be of no concern to you. I wanna make “Dessicated Liver Gummies” so I can get 1 dose of Liver each morning. The capsules make my skin itchy after I eat them and then I’m burping up capsules all day so that’s why the need for another way of getting the LIVER in me. I’m dairy intolerant and can’t use butter. I also have severe Candida issues so I won’t be using honey (maybe the tiniest amount if I tolerate it). Nobody seems to have made these yet. I’m hoping to figure out a way to combine 6 Capsules of LIVER powder into each gummy. We’ll see…
I mean you could always just chop the raw liver into tiny cubes and freeze them. Then pop them in as you would a capsule, the smaller you make them the easier it is to get the dose in. No need to use any capsules!
@@ancestralhealing oh I have leaky gut so when I eat raw meat I am dizzy & spacy for 24 hours after. I don’t have that problem with the dessicated liver. I’d love to eat the raw frozen bits though.
Looks yummy! Can’t wait to try this! I don’t have gelatine but I reckon I can use beef tendons, or pork skin to make it. In Chinese cuisine, we use beef tendons or pork skin to make a savoury jelly, like this th-cam.com/video/mxgqbCwU1nw/w-d-xo.html I usually make it without any spices and seasonings, and leave the fat on. If you scrape out the fat during preparation and blend the broth at the end, you get a very clear and clean tasting jelly which may work for desserts!
I think that raw honey is a perfect carnivore food. I am at the beginning of my carnivore journey with weight to lose. If I use any type of sugar, honey, fructose etc., it will halt my weight loss. Once I lose the weight, I will incorporate small amounts of raw honey, on occasion. Looking forward to it!

Ahhh thank you I was wondering about that! This recipe is fantastic I’m so glad you’re liking it. We’re going to buy more lemons tomorrow 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Looks great to me, definitely going to give it a try. I'm not opposed to a spoon full of honey every once in awhile, for myself anyway.
As long as you feel good and it doesn’t cause any negative side effects to your mental and physical well being, go for it :)
I have been looking for something like this THANK YOU so much !!! I make heavy cream mixed with egg yolks gelatin squares it's good too.
Ooooo...that sounds good! Would you mind sharing the recipe?
I'm going to try this. Love lemon and gelatin sweets :) thank you!
I wonder if a sour version would be good just minus the honey if you don't want to do sugar. Amazing recipe!

Did you like them?!
What can I say but that I’m no longer looking for a nice gummy recipe. They are just devine. I did some of them in a mold and they came out perfect 👍

It truly is! My favourite part about it is the texture!
Imagine different flavours with other fruit juices. I'd love to make an orange or kiwi version of this too 😋

Hello Harry! Awww I do believe so! I have some friends to try it and they loved it.
Yummm 😋 I'll try it without lemon juice.
Maybe it’ll be more like an egg pudding?!? Did you try?
Trying this right now! X
What’d you think?!
@@ancestralhealing they are nice….I ran out of honey so not quite sweet enough, but still nice!
it looks yum !
We are hooked on them!
Curious what would happen if we used just whole eggs? Furthermore I’m curious why did you use a mix of yolks and whole eggs?
I think if you use just whole eggs it might taste more eggy. When you add yolks it gives it more of that creamy texture and taste.
You had me at Gummies!
They’re SO GOOD!
Trying this today sweetheart
This looks wonderful. Have you ever done it with lemon juice and orange juice mixed together? It's what I have on hand.... Thanks! I love your videos.
No but I think it would work great! I want to try it as well. Maybe with grapefruit too.
Looking forward to making this🥩💪🤙
