Wow, nice but I sure wouldn't have gone with black for the building color... at least not in the desert. You really might want to at least paint that roof white. I have lived in the desert for 40 years, you need reflective colors for buildings the absorptive colors will just roast you inside.

Make sure you stipulate that you will be living in your new home, make sure you get a house wrap before the put the metal panels up please don't forget your plumbing..... I didn't see any of these on this video....

Awesome!!🙂 The steel company is called interstate steel located out of San Jacinto California! They did an excellent job! The shell was 51k total but we had lots of upgrades.
Your building a steel structure and having it be black in color, in a place that sees 100+ for like 10+ weeks of the year?? You just building a huge bread oven??? LOL Sorry, but wow. Not light blue, or white, or even cream color? black?
I have a 50 x 70 18 foot tall RV building. And so it leaves me a 50 x 50 garage with three 16 x 14‘ high doors. And I’m 20 foot of it is 20 x 50 and above that is 1000 square-foot apartment above it so there’s a bathroom down below in the bathroom above. but the building I love behind my house is a 36 x 60 building with a 16 x 40‘ swimming pool with a bathroom inside Arizona don’t want to get sunburnt anymore than I have to and my house is 1480 ft.² but I guarantee my little garage is much bigger. But the 1480 square-foot house also has an oversize car garage boat deep. Instead of a 16 foot opening I had them put a 20 foot opening so my truck and van will fit in there and it worked out really good when my husband was really sick sometime ago that I could bring a wheelchair right between the cars and the truck and get them in. And I hope you got really good air conditioner and insulation because our Arizona heat is oh my Lord.
