Later I went in the direction of midi and hardware synthesizers. Last year I purchased Renoise Redux and I'm rediscovering the fun of making tracker music. Your channel inspires me a lot. Happy to see this! It seems like the price on the S3000XL is a bit exaggerated, I got one last year for around 200 pounds. It's in great condition and you can upgrade it with a Gotek and an LED screen for another 200-300 pounds.
Yea I've been looking, they've all gone completely insane. Especially the s950's going for over £1000. Luckily, I picked up an Emu E5000 Ultra last year. Went and did all the upgrades to the PSU, LED screen, Zulu SCSI. Well worth it. Love it to bits! ✌️🥷

Great video and subject matter G! The thing that grabbed me is that the drums on 'Secret Liaison' aren't just an example of highly-skilled choppage: they've been finessed to form a flow of evocative musical 'sentences'
