After long understanding of their product and after using it for a long time, I observe that quality of their products, specially supplied to typical lower middle class people like me/us, has gone down probably they are supplying the best quality to upper class. Sometimes I am not even able to differentiate their products with that of ordinarily available in the market. I made many complaints in the past and they accepted, which itself proves my point. My objective is not to malign or defame anyone but I want to make you aware because we are spending a good percentage of earnings while buying Two Brother's products. I am critical because I am hurt after knowing the quality which I used was substandard. Pls don't go by my observation, pls make your own observations and then see if some thing is wrong
I don't why employees picking impurities from dal and rice should wear gloves or sanitize their hands every half an hour. Our grandmothers did not do this and we never fell sick. Hygiene is important but there is a context to everything. Rice and dal is cooked in India so why should the packing of grains and dals should be done in an operation theater like setting? All we want is chemical free food and using hand sanitizers so frequently defeats this purpose because hand sanitizers are nothing but a concoction of chemicals which will get into the food items they are packing. Wearing masks for 8 hours too is very uncomfortable and so unnecessary for most of these food packaging activities. We must remember that these over the top hygiene practices were introduced by international food chains whose food are laden with chemicals far more dangerous than harmless microbes present on the skin of a normal healthy human. The food chains want to avoid legal liability of in case food contamination but that's for cooked food. The same can't be applied for packing dry groceries.
Honestly a bit disappointed after watching the video.. nothing wrong with TB farm but some feedback to foodpharmer: 1. The video looked more about foodpharmer himself than about the factory. Focus a bit on the content you want to show. 2. The questions asked were too childish - like gloves and all. Too much time wasted there. Not sure what is the obsession with gloves, mostly with western world or Indians coming from there. Bare hands can be more cleaner than gloves. An expert in food quality should focus on deeper and bigger impactful things. 3. Hardly got any key takeaways about quality products or quality control followed there. 4. It felt you are too aggressive when talking to manager, may be thats a way to drive TRP
I think they were not used fully organic machine to extact oil like wood stone crushed machine. I will see commercial level extract machine for oil or both machine t😢
When I was in school, we had yearly inspection and the day when the inspection person was going to come they fixed all the things in the school and teachers changed the way they were teaching and behaving. I think this might have a similar thing on going with the visit.
Any factory you visit are more or less same but in organic products the most important factor is farm (field) level organic practices practices which is the original source. Please have an independent deligence on this aspect
The points on the improvements suggested were not very crucial as per me. Agreed on the QR code for the lab tests, but what was in the report?! That's more important
All you could have done was to check if the produce was organic or not but you choose to show the shop floor and concentrate on Hygine which does not give any insights on Organic food.
It is the best facility in India. isse jyada authentic organic kahin nahi milega. Choti choti galti nikal ke rona hai to rote raho. Mask nahin phen na koi bat nahi..kissan mask ya gloves phen ke nahi karta kheti.
