SIB Fishing UK Estuary Bass

- A quick fishing session in the estuary to see if the Bass have moved up to feed in good numbers.
Things started well, but an Easterly breeze picked up and made it pretty choppy on my way home.
It was still a fun session on my light gear!

Yep I'll be trying that for sure, and some different methods like float fishing etc.
When handling bass I suggest you keep your fingers well away from the edge of their gill covers because they're like razor blades and will slice your fingers open. Claret everywhere- all yours.

if you have seat in middle or have two seat ,then you can use your oars to launch from beach. it means you can be in 8 inchs of water when you get in and start motor out of the waves

@@inflatableangling you can buy the plastic brackets and make your own seat from plank of wood which makes it a 12 pound job rather than 100 pounds for honwave one
@@inflatableangling i also row in on waves to . a lot less stressful plus no chance of hitting prop on sea bed

Nice little session there mate looks like the weed was a problem, may I ask what gear are you using rod reels etc cheers🎣🎣
Hi David, yeah there was a bit of weed to deal with, nothing too crazy though. I use a Penn Slammer 3 4500 spinning reel and a 18g-50g Shakespeare Mustang spinning rod. The other rod is a Fladen Warbird 15lb-30lb boat rod with a basic sonik vader x 6000 reel.
