Thanks. This was helpful, but some things were different in my 2007 Corolla CE. I was able to remove the starter relay by hand by squeezing two sides of the white part, but they have to be the two sides that don't have the Toyota print, and it looks like you didn't have access to those two sides. Also, I didn't remove the wires from the meter panel, but moved the panel to the right, rotated with the right side of the panel inside the dashboard. Also, I had to unplug two yellow cables that were in front of the starter relay before I could reach the relay.
Yes. Perhaps your in the US. There are lots of design differences between Asian and US versions of the same car. But anyway, congrats for ur successful DIY.
@@corolla9thgenPH yeah i watched it to the end and yep success well kind of haha😅now it revs way to hard on start up so I have a another problem to solve, maybe ECU needs a reset 🤔cheers
@@corolla9thgenPH yeah they do rev on cold start but it won't rev under 2000rpm even after minutes so took it for a drive to see if it would calibrate the ecu but no luck yet🥲
Try an ECU relearn. Remove the battery then turn on all electronics for 1 minute. Then turn off all electronics. Reinstall battery. Use the car normall for a day. The idle should normalize to 800 to 900 rpm. If not, there must another culprit like vacuum leaks, clogged MAF sensor, etc.
1 week na kasi hnd nailalabas altis ko sir.. tumitirik kasi.. my isang tumutunog jan sa 4 na relay na color black.. pinalitan kuna sir pero meron pa din tunog
PLEASE LISTEN!! This is nothing at all like a 2006-2008!!!! I tried it, removed the instrument cluster and it's not even similar This looks like a 98-2002
Is that supposed to be a joke? You might have a better camera than mine. Then use that to create a better content than this. I suppose you know better.

I just did exactly same thing as you the purple plastic top pulled off and relay is still stuck lol. I better go back and give it a second go thanks😅
Hahaha....watch the whole video, bro. I showed how to properly remove it at the later part of the video.

Hehe...congrats! New challenge now. That thing normally revs high during cold start. The idle normalizes when the engine reaches normal temp.

Did I just teleport to 1997 Russia? .10 Half-a-pixel camera!
No! The video you were watching was taken using a Chinese phone camera. I have no better one's yet.
Hi sir. Baka pwede po next content niyo is about sa window trims.
Sige bro!

Your country's variant might be slightly different from mine. Mine is a 2004 model (Asian Market).
I think this is the same camera they used at Chernobyl to find the source of the melt down!

Jajajaja si sale no muevas el dash
Yeah. I messed up, haha.
