Maybe in the future, games can have a procedual news system that not only reports on both scripted and procedual happenings within the game, but also things the player did.

I think that last part about shooting any Nomad you see on sight is part of what CDPR had in mind with the life paths. That this would be one of the consequences of choosing Nomad, and a benefit to Streetkid maybe. I wonder how it'd work for corpo; maybe you're safe from the police and the multiple inner city zones where cops are on each corner would be your own respective "safe" area in the corpo path. Its SO obvious they put a lot of time into fleshing out the game but never finished. I hope it'll someday become what they had in mind.
