Remember, if supervisors have ever asked you to break safety protocols, never do it. If you get hurt, they'll blame you and you could end up with lifelong consequences or lose your life. A friend of mine experienced something similar to this, but instead of a piece of pork it was a metal bar and unfortunately he lost his life.
I’m so sorry that happened… but yeah that’s exactly what happened the supervisor wrote down that it was my fault when I told her I was following protocol and it was an accident. She was trying to avoid having the company pay me for sick leave.

Oh this sounds crazy! I hope that company is closed down because of legal mumbo jumbo, the closest thing i've gotten to a absurd company moment is my boss not believing me i was burned out after working 99 hours (im 17) with almost every one of them being from 6 am to 15pm, and me being denied to take a break from work because my lungs were inflamed (which sucked i suffered alot) by my boss too, it really hurts me mentally to see how people who run the place can be so corrupt to people who just want to be payed sometimes. Oh and i forgot to mention, great video!
I love how you didn’t get a spinal fracture, i hope your blessed for the rest of your life, should’ve sued the factory, mostly the manager, though. You’ve earned a sub!😊
Recently, my one of my bosses was caught (by me and some others) trying to get one of our fellow workers fired by not allowing her to go on her breaks and lunches (because you can get fired if you dont, store policy relating to state law). She broke down crying, luckily, she was allowed to go home by our stores manager because she really wasnt in a good state to do customer service. That teamlead who tried to get her fired still works here though. I dont understand how people who incompent and scummy can be promoted to manage other people.
Fr I had one who knew I walked home from work. She bought me a Taser for Christmas in case I got mugged. She also used to bring me and another guy we worked with these awesome white chocolate peanut butter Ritz cracker cookies for Christmas. Elderly people can be so cool sometimes.
I feel you with feeling like your back being hit by a truck, I have very loose muscles in my back which sometimes can cause pain for me even when I just try to sit upright
The osha regulations of general industry has 108 pages for the manual I’m going to read through it and attempt to find what osha regulations they have violated Below this line will be very violation Under page 14 or law 1904.39 A An employer or employee must contact an osha area officer in 8 to 24 hours depending on the accident I am going to presume they did meaning that it is not a violation However we can say that they did not follow law 91-596 section 5 (a)(1) under the OSH act which could result in a fine They probably violated page 71 of the general industry digest manual Law 1910.151(a) And law 1910.151(b) both violated which would result in a fine but as a second violation could result in temporary shutdown We will not consider sanitation as with the limited information I have available I will presume that they followed basic protocol However under page 74 of materials handling and storage Hooks and chains used overhead must be inspected daily which they undoubtedly violated this will result in a temporary shutdown until an osha inspector reviews the hooks and chains If the osha inspector deems malpractice the processing plant will be permanently shutdown
You never realize just how bad the pain is until the day after the incident huh (similar things happened after I got into a car crash back in sepember)? That sounds horrifying though and the factory sounds like a walking safety hazard jesus christ
This is the first vid I've seen of yours, but one of the most emotional storytime animations I've seen. The whimpering after being hit by the pig really hit me in the feels.
When I was younger, my school went on a school trip to the museum. I was being a bad kid that day, but one the bus back, because we went on the city bus. While getting on the bus, an old lady came up behind us, and I dunno what came over me but I gestured for her to go on before me, and I told her: “you are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.” I dunno, back when I was a little kid I just complimented everything and everyone. And the old lady kissed me on the cheek and said I was a nice little girl. I thought old people kissing kids on the cheek was a TV thing. But I still remember it to this day. And now that I look back on it, maybe she was going through something, because she looked 80 or something. And I guess the idea of a little kid calling her beautiful really made an impact to her. I dunno.
I get it!! I was reared up on a horse which then fell down on me. I was luckily uninjured apart from bruising (wear a body protector and helmet folks!) But when I woke up the next day I felt like a truck and run over me. Hope you recovered quickly!
This relates to me to much... i had hurt my knee moving a 700 pound bin of equipment up a hill with my body alone. Tldr shortly before my surgery they had me moving several things on a bad knee. Good knews is i got workers comp. But i know how you feel. Hope you learn to take care of yourself and to say no. Its a big step but a necessary one. Stay safe.
I hate how managers can treat people like crap with little recourse. Even in a tough work environment it could at least be somewhat hospitable with a shred of empathy.
I need more of this, your story times are so nice to listen to! I just watched all three lol, I love your vibes. Also I’m a people pleaser too I feel ya
Wow, glad you made it through that to make it here today, sometimes I feel like I really take having a decently comfortable workplace for granted where management is actually pretty chill, also in regards to your grandmother, you have my condolences, I lost my grandfather less than a year ago so I really feel for you there, either way, you're doing great, keep it up :)
7:04 I wholeheartedly agree with that. Had a back sprain and couldn't walk properly. I was so scared to go into the emergency room. Cause I didn't think it was that bad
God this story hurts, I've had a similar situation at my work. In the factory I work at all new people start as a roof crew worker, fix holes, replace old wood, that kind of stuff. One day I was moving a large rotten board to a scrap pile and my foot went through a hole that we didn't find yet and I fell about 25 feet from the roof to concrete. I'm about the size of a silverback gorilla so it was a lot of weight to hit to ground on my knees. I was rushed to the hospital and was let out the same day. My dumbass is a people pleaser too and I didn't want my coworkers to feel bad so this limping ape climbed back up the roof to help. I was embarrassed as my foreman looked at me like a dumbass and had me climb back down and sit for the rest of the day. The next day I stayed home because the pain really sat in and I couldn't walk without the pain of a knife in my legs. Oops

Something similiar happened to me at my last job. Dining services. Working in a college dining hall. Bear in mind, years before this, I suffered a TBI, so any "extra" whacks to the head can easily make my skull crack more and make my condition worse. I walk into the walk-in freezer alone because I had to get a box of fries. I turn and then my right temple whacked into a sharp metal pike on the metal rack that holds sheet pans in place, making me dizzy, have spots in my eyes, and have a splitting headache. Here's the kicker: I kept working because of my pride and upbringing, I'm not "allowed" to complain; you suck it up and power through it. However, the next day, it stayed with me and THAT'S when I told my managers/supervisors. Problem is, they didn't believe me because 1) I looked fine, 2) there were no witnesses, and 3) "I worked 'fine' yesterday, why didn't you say anything then?!" It was pretty infuriating. I tried to appeal for workers comp, got denied and then was fired for missing too many days due to splitting headaches and hospital visits.
Okay, ya’ll. I don’t care if you think you can “walk it off”. If you are serious pain, even if you aren’t bleeding externally or think it’s “normal”, GO TO THE HOSPITAL!

i legitimately adore your art style, keep going you're amazing. i'll be sure to look up every other minute to check for falling pigs though
The fact you were still asked to go back to work is just insane from these people
Oh this sounds crazy!
I am so sorry that happened to you. That’s insane
8:47 aw that woman was so kind
I'm not a lawyer, but this sounds like a super easy lawsuit.
I literally flinched when I saw it drop. and on your back too? Yeouch
aww that part with the woman who helped you omg, thats just wow thats the kinda people we need
You’re one of my newest favorite story time creators to watch
I’m glad that you recovered from that injury, and I give my condolences to you about your grandmother.
As a peasant with Autism, I think I think I couldn't work into that factory without going insane.
W old lady. Old people are just blessings some times
Come with me, and you’ll be, in a world of osha violations
The osha regulations of general industry has 108 pages for the manual I’m going to read through it and attempt to find what osha regulations they have violated
Below this line will be very violation
Under page 14 or law 1904.39 A
An employer or employee must contact an osha area officer in 8 to 24 hours depending on the accident I am going to presume they did meaning that it is not a violation
However we can say that they did not follow law 91-596 section 5 (a)(1) under the OSH act which could result in a fine
They probably violated page 71 of the general industry digest manual
Law 1910.151(a)
And law 1910.151(b) both violated which would result in a fine but as a second violation could result in temporary shutdown
We will not consider sanitation as with the limited information I have available I will presume that they followed basic protocol
However under page 74 of materials handling and storage
Hooks and chains used overhead must be inspected daily which they undoubtedly violated this will result in a temporary shutdown until an osha inspector reviews the hooks and chains
If the osha inspector deems malpractice the processing plant will be permanently shutdown
@@RonaldDump_realthank you Donald trump
This made me giggle it's pretty true gotta love when profit goes over safety. It's why I have so much joint pain now.
@@Sleepyguy4125no no, this is his more mentally stable cousin Ronald Dump
You never realize just how bad the pain is until the day after the incident huh (similar things happened after I got into a car crash back in sepember)? That sounds horrifying though and the factory sounds like a walking safety hazard jesus christ
Aww that old lady was so nice 🥹
The elderly woman humming the Mario 3D World overworld theme caught me off guard
Yes part two please!! Lots of love as well
Found your channel recently and I gotta say that I admire your work and art style. I'm excited to see what you'll do next!
As a people pleaser too. It's been hard to think about myself at times. I'm getting there but I think I'm so arrogant when I think about myself
0:35 you see officer, he was being a pig so I turned him into bacon
This relates to me to much... i had hurt my knee moving a 700 pound bin of equipment up a hill with my body alone. Tldr shortly before my surgery they had me moving several things on a bad knee. Good knews is i got workers comp. But i know how you feel. Hope you learn to take care of yourself and to say no. Its a big step but a necessary one. Stay safe.
I'm just glad you got out of that terrible job and also hope you are feeling better even though the tragic event has already passed
i just realized that she has 3 water marks in total. Thats just crazy dog
I keep forgetting I already put them in sometimes 😔
Where's the third one
@@theintrovertedcartoonist understandable. Its actually good because none can crop out the watermarks and steal ur vids. Keep up the good job

"I'm not a monster, I'm a manager" EHHHHHHHHH, NAH. NAH. You going to hell 😊
I hate how managers can treat people like crap with little recourse. Even in a tough work environment it could at least be somewhat hospitable with a shred of empathy.
I have no sympathy for her
"Im not a monster, just a manager"
I mean, you can be both.
You deserve a hug for what you were forced to endure. I really enjoyed the story!
That sound really really painful, glad you recovered from that cause yikes
Loving these storytimes!
7:04 I wholeheartedly agree with that. Had a back sprain and couldn't walk properly. I was so scared to go into the emergency room. Cause I didn't think it was that bad
I'm terribly sorry that happened to you. But I'm glad you're alright! I hope you're having a wonderful day!
(Btw, I love your artstyle!)
1:10 this drawing is so cute
Man I love this new TH-camr and I’m glad there still great artists that posts about themselves. Keep up the great work👍
God this story hurts, I've had a similar situation at my work. Oops
Ah yes a good old how I almost died
Glad your back
Pun intended or nah
You’re gonna do incredible things, good luck
Oh my goodness! Thank you

Im a people pleaser too but after working in chemical plants for a few years, i will not do something that makes me uncomfortable to do. Also, if i get injured i will now go to the hospital as if your injury gets worse they can play it off as a non work related injury.
Sorry for your loss ❤
Your storytelling is incredibly immersive
That little old lady was the light in the darkness. If she's still out there, she needs to be protected at all cost.
I’m really sorry that happened to you. Screw those people! That place sounds awful! But other than that, I’m happy for the people who show little acts of kindness everyday. Be good people and people will be good to you ☺️☺️☺️
Something lost to the people at large today is an old saying that I was taught by my grandfather before he passed. “If someone needs help, you help them”, that old lady is living up to how things should be and might have been using it as a lesson to teach to you the same.
why did this storytime genuinely feel like a korean rpg visual novel hybrid horror game specifically 😭 /pos
love your vids btw
Hey, I just found your channel, and even though I've only seen like 3 videos and I just wanted to say that I already really enjoy your two Storytime vids already. Storytime videos from animation or art channels are some of my favorite content! Not only do I actually enjoy the stories, but I love to see the way animation and art channels visualize them!
I love these storytimes!! ☺️ they r super fun to watch and listen too!! thank you for creating these ^_^
Ngl i read that title and thought "surely this is a police violence story and not literally being harmed by a farm pig" and somehow it was a secret third thing where she was actually harmed by a slab of raw ham.
@@NixityNullt I love breaking expectations
@@theintrovertedcartoonistI thought it’d be a story about you getting into some arena with a pig and you lost
9:10 I can relate. Grandmas are really the best!
lol, ending is funny.
Good thing I don’t see any frozen pigs around.

5:58 made me think of that american dad clip where it goes. hey boss can i have a water break. oh honey dont call me boss it makes me feel like some kind of monster, call me dad. oh. dad? water break? ha! no.
Ur artstyle is so good i love it😍.Looking forward to your next videos!!!
6:00 sometimes manager and monster can mean the same thing
Moral of the story: work at a subway.
Okay, ya’ll. I don’t care if you think you can “walk it off”. If you are serious pain, even if you aren’t bleeding externally or think it’s “normal”, GO TO THE HOSPITAL!
This story sounds like the start of "Elysium". When are you going to join resistance and get a cool exo-suit?
I need to watch this movie again.
U deserved better than that toxic workplace environment
Again, I'm glad you're not working at that factory anymore. From the sound of it, that frozen meat slab must have weighed more than a concrete block!
