The thing is, whenever I just try to go about my day and be serious and alone, people think I'm funny somehow. I don't know how, but they say it's how I act. I'm terrible at reading any emotions that aren't blatantly obvious. Whenever I give my opinion on things, it makes people laugh either because its ridiculous or true. Everything is always the opposite of what I want. Whenever I want to be alone, I have a bunch of people that want things from me.
Whenever I want to socialize and be a normal person, I have no one to talk to.
I pretty much gave up on trying to be comical because it backfires almost every time.

I am an introvert and it really helped me to get comfort by forcing myself to socialise.
Basically I decided to work in a store, at the electronics section.
One of the worst sections where people ask a ton of questions because they don't know anything about electronics.
I thought it'd be hell to do so, however it feels really nice to help people.
It really made me more comfortable to talk to people.
And guess what?
I finally dare to contact my bank via phone!
If you have had the struggles of being an introvert, you know how much of a pain it is to call your bank or calling in general.
Working in a store really helped me a ton.

Pro tip: anyone who is sitting or standing alone at a party is alone on purpose. We _want_ to be alone. We _aren't_ lonely, so don't approach us. Deciding to go to a party is already exhausting for us. Don't make it more exhausting for our already strained social batteries by forcing yourselves on us when we don't want it.
That's true for some people, but it's not ANYONE being alone. Pro tip would be more: Is the person purposefully in a place away from others (like in the video on the balcony/garden) or just sitting alone awkwardly surrounded by groups. And when in doubt, just ask whethet the person actually wants company or needs a short break.
For me when my friends join their friends I just feel left out and don’t wanna bother them to talk with the group so I just leave sadly cause I’m not sure if they want me to be there
The worst part is when youre relaxing alone happy and someone goes "aw poor guy he must be so sad and depressed" like you know, introverts exist

1) Group work is really difficult for me. Specially because I'm forced to socialize.
2) Most of the time I get a lazy group who does NONE of their part.
3) Making alone is 100% way better.
I think I am an introvert, but when I need to do stuff I feel like I can deal easier with it than I used to.

That is the most annoying thing, just because I'm not forcing meaningless conversations and faking facial expressions doesn't mean there's something wrong with me, I just be chilling lol. Extroverts need to learn too that you don't need to fill the air with words every second and to respect people's space.

I cheat the system, I look like I'm in a group but I'm actually working alone inside that group so that I can work alone and no one will question.
Sorta same? Either they make me do it by myself or I don't feel they're good enough to do anything right. Otherwise I work with them, sorta. Depends on who the leader is, I guess.
I do that too but the reason why is I don’t trust other people especially if it’s important to my grades last time I took the smaller part of the work, let’s just say he’s water bottle wasn’t okay after we met again
