Long rant here,
Perhaps this is why you have one 1582.5? (nothing wrong with that though)
If you want to keep up on your main/mains but and don't actually have time to play 18 alts daily (I'm pretty sure you don't have the time, the later raids are becoming more and more of a time sink...) stop honing them and consider 'liquidating' as many as you can, as in gems, gear and skins. Send that gold back to your main/mains. They are wasted investments for most people. Also gems aside, if they aint 1580, you aren't getting much gold from the previous mats anymore doing your dailies on them.
My friend started around the same time as you last year, he plays under 6 characters, but has two 1580+ with good gear.
I am similar, I own 7 characters, but I only play 4 of them a week...
And I also have two 1580+, with good gear.
We are both f2p, both work during the day, and both of us only play in our limited free time.
To further my point, another friend of ours, has MORE alts than you do, has played since launch, is not f2p, has spent money on things like growth packs...
And guess what, he is only reaching 1580 this week, on one character, and that character still needs to get better gear. (what's even worse is that it's a support, the cheapest of the lot... and his gear is actually pretty bad compared to every other support, and he doesn't have the ilvl I dunno wtf this man has done?? bu...)
Anyways he keeps getting burnt out trying to do more than he can handle, and he keeps spreading his resources too thin. And I suspect he has never or will ever earn that gold back.
We haven't ever got to play content with him on release since brel hardmode, when brel HM came out, we each had two characters at 1560, but he's still on 1520 something, for some reason... Always complaining that it's just too hard to keep up, one would think he's the one who should be ahead, but it didn't turn out that way.
I personally think he sets the wrong goals, too many 'side quests', a random gem here, a 'bit' of honing there, a 5x3 while books were hella expensive on an igniter sorc. I never see him play, etc. etc.
Then he gets to his 'main quest' really late, and regrets it.
(over and over)
Look I'm not saying you are playing wrong, maybe you're alts are actually working out for you.
But you seem to be worried about progression, and I suspect maybe you just need to step back and find a different approach or strategy imo.
Things keep changing, so lots to think about :)
Anyways, we will all get there when we get there lol. Thaemine HM is technically the end of the game before some rumored massive reset. Also need a static with BIS everything to even stand a chance, so what's the rush really lol :)

Thaemine is 1610 for normal getting to full 1610 you just need full akkan +17 and you have until February march easily doable

bruh no such thing as 0 dmg, FI and Aeromance might not win MVP but they still doing alot of dmg not only that if both players are skilled the difference is only a few %.
