Jesus, so many supplements😭‼️ As for content, I want to see more of your training videos and day in the life as an athlete. Basically vlogs or a get to know you video💯
Hey was wondering if you know any supplements for a 13yr old athlete. Heard at my age I shouldn’t have it since it could mess with my growth but just wanted to ask
I would say start with drinking protein after workouts/practice. If you were drinking the BPN protein listed in the video I would recommend only taking 1 scoop per serving. Also you should be drinking electrolytes during workouts/practice. At your age taking vitamins like omegas and calcium will help with growth and joint health. I hope this helps ✊🏾
Stack L-Theanine with caffeine to take care of the jitters. it's the same compound in matcha and green tea that prevents those from making you jittery.
thx for detail to check, and honor to Elisha for apreciating and being intelectualy honest about "maybe my way or stuff isnt best" its why im searching. cause im curious and not "100% convinced of my way" cause other have knowledge and experience aswell.

Noted
If you're taking hardcore doses of anti-oxidants you can be blunting the adaptive response to oxidative stress from your training.
