Curious Fox behaviour

Fox behaviour
This fox is first seen trotting between some cattle, heading towards a road. This is where you pick up the action as it has half crossed the road, and has smelt something up wind that it finds very interesting. After studying the scent for a while, it pulls its ears back and runs back to where it came from. It then hides behind the fence, where it knows it will be safer. It then stayed perfectly still, studying the scent for about a minute, before turning and running to the final point you see it in the clip. After the clip ends, it stayed looking at the same spot for at least two minutes, after which I left the scene. No, I've no idea what it was smelling or seeing. I didn't see anything unusual.

With the tail up, it might be that the fox smelt another one at boarding territories.
