Awesome thank you very much! I'm glad I am able to help you out! If it's not too much trouble can you give my channel @iNVisionPrototypes a shout out when working on your car. I would really appreciate that. Cheers! Nick
The fabrication without a buck on the passenger side is very interesting because the parts are just hanging in space, so to speak. The inside piece being the key part I assume. Thanks.
You're spot on with that inside web being the key. You all will get a chance to see if I can actually pull this madness off! Gonna be a fun ride in any case.
Looks like it's comming together nicely ... the grill in the scoop is a good idea because the first time you hit a fresh asphalt repair or a bloated possium you'll be glad you have it ... lookin forward to the next one ....
Hey Joe, your comment made it this week! lol!! I was thinking that perhaps it was due to the dots "......." that yt took it down as I never even saw it in the "Held for Review aka check out these hot dates for tonight " zone. But that wasn't the case. Must be that the severity of the potential mess created by a bloated possium was just too important not to have it go through 😂😂😂 Thanks man!
It is!! Just pull the panel around in the wheel, hammer here, weld there... DONE!! lol Thanks for watching. As for the tipping wheel, initially I found an adjustable sheave that fits a 3/4" shaft and split off the adjustable part. Over time forming 16ga parts played havoc on it's edge so I had a few replacements machined.
Hey! Who are you? What projects do you have going. You got my interest with the FG headliner. Now TH-cam is flooding me with your postings. Everyone is just one in various projects--I guess. I can't figure what is going on. Looks like some good material but so far I have found only one posting in each project and with that I don't know where the project started or where it is suppose to end.
Hi Tom, I'm Nick and my shop is called iNVision Prototypes. If you go to Playlists you can see all the projects past and present and watch them in chronological order. Thanks for watching!!
Since I know you're in Canada, I am assuming you know the regulations to some extent. I really want to build my own car, however, I understand our laws do not allow us to construct our own frames (unless we want to pay millions to have it tested). So, are we allowed to build a complete body and bolt it onto a chassis? How about a unibody? What safety regulations do we need to follow? What about emissions?
I love how you take your time and make sure the metal fits the best that it can.. 👌 🙌 Awesome Job 👌
I'm not a fan of piling mountains of filler to make things look good. Sooner or later it will fall off. LOL!
They could be earrings, but in my professional opinion you're supposed to hang those on the Christmas tree.
For sure! That should make your SO just tickled pink. lol Thanks for the tip.
Another awesome lesson. Thanks Nick 👍👍😎👍👍
My pleasure! Thanks for watching
Love your videos!!! As a beginner in working sheet metal. I love learning from your channel. Enjoyed it!!

So close! Heading to paint next week! Haha!! Thanks for watching
you make it look too easy Nick😂
I see you used a skateboard wheel for the bottom anvil For your tipping machine. What did you use for the top?

Best to check with your provincial MTO office.
