Really enjoy your videos. This one is a real gem. Beautiful scenery! Can't keep up with your pace nowadays as i'm 72 this year. Have been a runner all my life and running has got me through many tough times in my life! Not so keen anymore to run outside in the winter rain though here in UK . Thats why i'm so grateful to you for the effort you put in to upload these great runs. I used to really hate running on treadmills. Without the video's i would be bored in about 5 mins. Now though I actually look forward to running on them thanks to your great video's. Thanks again I really appreciate them. Keep up the good work!

A few months ago I broke my leg and was in a wheelchair for three months. I used to watch your runs and swing my arms with weights in to workout and honestly this kept me sane. Thank you so much for posting these beautiful excursions x

Do you use some sort of gimbal, or is the gopro mounted right on your head. The stabilization is great.
Hi Jon! It's mounted on the head-strap, no gimbal. I do concentrate a bit extra not to shake my head and so forth while filming 😊
@@VirtualRunTV That's impressive! The stabilization on the Hero 9 is really good. But it also helps that this is a bright sunny day (it looks so beautiful in Norway!). When I run in the cavernous streets of NYC in the shadows, the stabilization falls apart. I just broke down and bought a gimbal to try to smooth out my runs after going through a lot of effort a few days ago to film in lower manhattan and finding that the footage is all wobbly garbage.
@@JonRuns Been there, done that! It has to be good daylight for the stabilization to work. It would have been awesome to be able to film in darker conditions.. 😊

Lovely run thank you ! The beautiful blue sky and snowy trail is similar to here in Northern Ontario Canada EXCEPT for those beautiful mountains !

Someone has a brand new toy. I love the intro with that map showing the area, along with a name to put with the face...er...breathing...ah...shadow...mmm....thumbs.
I loved the fact this one featured some landmarks from other videos, from the foot bridge at the start, to the garage complex, to the run out toward (but not quite reaching) the area north(?) of the foot bridge from the video that first introduced me to your channel. I found myself starting to piece in my mind how the routes interconnect. It is a great way to be introduced to an area, especially one so scenic was where you are.
I could not help but smile at the uneven ground at the end. You might weeble and wobble but you don't fall down. Then again, if I remember correctly, there was that the Trails to the Airport video.
I am going back to some I have not watched or finished, such as the sightseeing run through Bergen City at present. Ships sitting on water not frozen and ground not covered in snow. What a concept!
