Fantastic. Too icy today to run outside so did my interval session with you on the treadmill. Turned sound off and put on 160bpm rock music. The long forest gravel stretches are perfect for long intervals so I can focus on running to my HR. Thank you so much for this.❤

Amazing scenery, but being naturally clumsy I would have run into multiple trees, tripped over a dozen times and fallen in the lake at least twice! Much safer on my treadmill- thank you 😊

Beautiful scenery. However this is the only running video I've seen that gets interrupted by ADS. Nothing worse then getting in the zone then a commercial being thrown in. I've run to videos over an hour long with not a single ad.

I have my treadmill in the garage. Sometimes it gets to be 40° which is pretty cold. Luckily I have a heater which kicks on and warms it up to about 60-65. Perfect.

Good run except the you tube commercials messing with the flow.
