I am not expert but .. 1) clean belt rollers and belt down side areas. 2) after clean use silicone oil and use below belt. Your belt is dry so friction increase
you not told briefly that if belt going in RIGHT side than which side should tight (Left OR Right) . Please tell me if belt going right side that thight scred from RIGHT OR Left ?
@@ufitindia in some indian channel people telling that if Bely going on Right side than tight from opposite side ie Left side. But i think you are much experience . Okay now i understand that if belt going Right side than tight from Right and if belt too much tight than Loose from Left (correct) 2nd sir, in some video i saw a people oiling the Motor Belt (is it necessary) because i think it will start slipping and not put load 3rd what is the function of front adjuster ROLLER ? (sorry so many questions)

Sir u cant use blower for dc motor if u use u have to cover the entire motor with a cloth other wise dust will go in motor and motor will make sound and for v belt u need to twist the belt to check if it loose use silcone spray instead of silicone oil it is the best options no need to open the roller only professional mechanic can open and fix public dont try this method its wrong i am an engineer of treadmill from 20 years
