  • If it isn't one thing, it's another with this diagnosis. Involuntary Movements, spasms, cramps, charlie horses, and so forth. Let's discuss the thing we all have in common, pain and arachnoiditis. I try to give options for pain relief that I have tried that are nonpharmaceutical. I hope this helps!

    I can so relate. I have AA from a epidural with my last child. Some days are so bad. Sending love and prayers your way.

    It is horrible that doctors cause this but they don’t treat it.

      They can't treat it. They can only treat symptoms. The problem is they won't even admit to causing it.
