Hi Dean, I’m in the process of getting diagnosis after about 6 months of symptoms - I call mine my party leg 😂🙈 thank you for sharing - it makes me (and probably some others) feel a lot less isolated cos it’s a scary thing to go through. Keep spreading the joy my guy ❤

Currently in the middle of one of these, and its ridiculous. Painful, big toe trying to reach the sky, but pointing it to stretch then sends the spasm to my calf. I will laugh about this some day, but in the meantime, thank you for the laugh.

Currently experiencing back spasms. 2 days ago I was having them back to back. Probably 100 by the end of day. Went to the ER where I was shot with steroids and dexamethasone. It's miserable! Love your ability to laugh because when I did the nurse thought I was crazy. I mean it was making me look like I was in either a half seizure and I sounded like I was tweaking on meth lol

My spasms made my legs jerk to the point I sometimes tumble down the stairs or almost fall down, I never feel any pain I just feel a feeling I can't quite explain.

In the middle of leg spasticity. For no reason, my leg just flies out and straightens up. Luckily, no one is here. Oh MS God's what ever did I do to piss you off?
