It’s past midnight but now I’ve seen this video and now I want to get up to make it. 😆I’ll try wait till tomorrow but I’m sure I’ll dream about it now ❤
I AM IN LOVE!! I am going to make a Christmas version of this sweater starting RIGHT NOW. One question: what method do you use to tuck in your ends? I have tried many methods but they usually end up unraveling. Great tutorial by the way!
@@duhflamingoummm, im not done yet cus i ran out of yarn, and i couldn't get any of the same color anymore, so i restarted it with a different yarn😅 but i only need to finish the back panel now👍
Hi I just found you and subscribed .what a great sweater I love granny squares .they look gorgeous on you.thanks so much I look forward to watching your other videos.happy crocheting from Ireland.🍀🍀🍀
I put wrong sides facing out, after slip stitch sides and then line up shoulder seam with sleeve front. Sew together right sides facing to bottom of arm opening, line up with sides seam. Repeat for back sleeve opening.
Love this pattern! Super easy to follow. I just wish you would've shared how you joined them instead of linking someone else. With the multicolored it is difficult to tell how you did it. like did you work 5-6 rounds then join continuously exactly like she doesn't - she makes all of her squares then joins them continuously by adding another round. or do you make your first square and build off of that, and how did you do it while switching colors. I think you would have done a better job explaining than the video linked. Thanks for sharing your art!
Hi I just learned how to do granny squares but the videos I have seen didn’t tell me to turn my work I’m curious for the reason as to why were suppose to turn? Thanks in advance 💗
Unless you are pregnant or very busty, you will want the back panel width to match the front. Conversely, if you have a broad back or a very full booty, you might want to make the back panel a bit wider. I'm very busty so my front is much larger than my back measurement so my front panels get made a bit larger/wider than the back to accommodate that so that the seam actually ends up in the right spot instead of the seam pulling to the front to allow for my bust. So, in general, you want them the same. If you have particularly uneven measurements and fit issues, making different widths can work well. Additionally, for example, my front panel will be slightly longer than my back panel because my bust significantly raises the length of the gremlins healing, in front. Having a longer front panel balances that out. And i leave side slits so it isn't as noticeable.
You should just go for it and learn at the begining it may be tricky but it gets easier with time and its fun i was like u before i startedbut its been a year and am glad i did !!
Watch lots of TH-cam tutorials and start out making dishcloths until you get your stitches and tension right. COUNT ALL YOUR ROWS! use stitch markers. I learned from TH-cam and so can you! I now make blankets Amigurumi toys, hats, scarves, ponchos❤
What kind of help me was I made a granny square a couple times just to get the idea it doesn’t have to be a specific one just any and you can kinda just go from that and use TH-cam videos that really helped me too but it also kind of depends on what you want to learn to make I like to make plushies so basically I had made three daisy granny squares and then I just went from there Dispair this helps although I’m not very good and explaining things so maybe just read the other comments 😅
I’m being so genuine when I say this, THANK YOU SO MUCH, I’ve seen these EVERYWHERE and I haven’t been able to find a tut!

I wish I could have seen how you attached the sleeves to the body of sweater. However, enjoyed this nice tuturial on making the granny squares

Hi, what yarn did you use for the scalloped edges on the blue sweater? I couldn't find the info on your blog
I want to make the blue sweater .
Is it the same i dont get it😢
Love this pattern! Do you know the approximate yardage for the weight 4 sweater?
You can find all that info in my blog post for this sweater! Link in description 🥰
@@hayhaycrochethi! I tried the link for that but it doesn't work
when you added width to the sides was that just for the front panel or do you have to do it for both front and back????
I would add an even amount to both panels

Guys what is the average grams of yarn needed to make a midium size sweater ?
How to do the ribbing on the neck like yours on instagram?
this design is very pretty 🥺 but may i know if all of your patterns are only for personal purposes or not? thanks in advance! ❤
How much yarn Did you use for making this sweater
Hello, does the blue one🩵 using the same steps as granny square?
They’re both the same.
How much yarn you used to make that sweater
Can you describe how you made the back? Thanks
The front and back are exactly the same..
The back is the same pattern but they alternated white yarn every other row to give that effect. On the front it looks like the white is every 3rd row
